  Bought a 2015 F150 with 90,000. They said it was in great condition, nothing wrong with it. I should have known they were lying when they tried to push a $6,500 bumper to bumper service contract but I really liked the truck. Not even 2 months later the drive shaft failed and the vacuum pump started pouring out oil. The mechanic went to fix it and said my exhaust is rusted and is corroding and will need to be replaced soon. I feel like this next year, a lot is going to go wrong with this truck. I talked to a couple other people about this and a lot of people have negative opinions about awesome chevrolet. Dang

  If I could give 0 stars, I would definitely!! They failed to properly pay my first car payment somehow (paid the wrong amount), which now puts me at risk of having a late fee on my new vehicle loan. After further discussing with a sales rep and the credit union the loan is with, the credit union advised the dealership failed to properly submit docs and request a payoff amount for my trade in vehicle, which now puts me at risk at having a late fee on my previous vehicle loan (which I haven’t had since June 30th) and forcing me to make a payment on my previous loan. Rather than admitting fault and taking accountability, the rep stated “you signed paperwork saying you’d be responsible” even though they failed to submit docs, failed to present correct docs at signing and have correct folks there when signing, and failed to make the correct payment on the new auto loan. Previous to this, I had bought my previous vehicle with them, and they failed to submit the gap and warranty docs for refund checks in a timely manner, which postponed the receiving of those checks. (I ended up calling and asking after a long waiting period, and that’s when they advised the particular docs hadn’t been filed or submitted either). Seeming to be a recurring issue at this point! Very frustrated and disappointed in how this car purchase is going/gone, as well as the previous purchase. After the previous purchase, I went elsewhere. This is the last vehicle I’ll purchase at “Awesome” Chevy, they have officially lost my business due to their lack of accountability, lack of communication, and lack of respect for their clients.

  I do not recommend buying a vehicle from Awesome Chevrolet based on my experience. I purchased a 2024 Ram 2500 from them and specifically requested that the tires be rotated and that the truck receive a wheel alignment before I finalized the purchase. I made it clear that I would not sign the paperwork until those items were completed. About an hour later, I received a message saying everything was finished. I specifically asked if the alignment had been done, and I was told that it had. Based on that assurance, I returned to the dealership and completed the purchase. Because I trusted what I had been told, I did not think it was necessary to take another test drive before signing. While signing the paperwork, I also asked about getting a second key fob. I was told the truck only came with one key and that it would cost around $1,000 to have another one made. That seemed extremely high, especially since I had previously purchased a replacement key fob for my Ram Longhorn from I-5 Ram for around $300. After leaving the dealership, I drove the truck to Vancouver for work and quickly noticed that the steering wheel was still not properly aligned. I then took the truck to I-5 Ram for an inspection. They informed me that the alignment had not been properly addressed and that there were additional items on the truck that needed to be checked. I also asked them for a quote on a replacement key fob, and they told me it would cost no more than $320, which was far different from what I had been quoted at Awesome Chevrolet. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled. I relied on the dealership's assurances that the requested work had been completed, but that did not appear to be the case. The significant difference in the key fob pricing also raised concerns about how I was treated as a customer. Because of these experiences, I have lost confidence in Awesome Chevrolet and cannot recommend them to others.
