- BWBlake WestOct 2, 20261.0The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. Everything from my wife buying a Tahoe there that ended up needing a new motor and transmission within the first year of owning it to their absolutely horrendous customer service and service center. I would highly recommend going anywhere but here. Their communication skills are terrible. If they tell you it’s going to be a couple days to do any kind of work you can count on at least a week, and going back multiple times to actually get an issue fixed. The best way to describe this Dealership as a whole is incompetent. If it was possible I would give them a 0/5. Do yourself a favor and stay away

If you like being disappointed, disrepected and treated like you don't matter after three full years of payments on time, this may work for you. The vehicle had issues the entire time and with the extended warranty everything was fine, the minute it was not valid anymore, it needed a new transmission. It needed it the entire time. Had the same issues the entire time. Hesitation on acceleration and we were told to use better gas. Nevermind that the radio hardly ever worked and I went without the functioning gps for over a year. Would never work with these people again.
