- HHHabanana6 days ago5.0Called Darell at Mufflerman about an exhaust issue, and he was able to see me right away. One shop in Lacey WA quoted me a hundred and fifty dollars minimum, and another in Olympia WA said it wasn’t even fixable and wanted a full replacement for several hundred more. Darell fabricated and welded a fix on the spot for just seventy dollars. Muffler performs as good as new. Honest work and a great price, highly recommend.

- KDK DanJun 20, 20265.0Super happy with our service! We needed a new starter, and since it’s behind the manifold in our car, it’s hard to find anywhere that will work on it. Our other mechanic recommended The muffler man for the job and they got us in quickly and they finished the same day. They are professional, friendly and have decent prices for the work. Highly recommend these guys!
- GCGina CowenJun 3, 20261.0We spoke to them about getting exhaust done and we set an appointment over a week out. Told them what we wanted and they said they could do it. We arrive at the appointment day and then get told they dont have what we wanted in stock and it would be a few more days before they could get it. So now we take off work to bring our car down to him only to be told they can't. Wasted our time and money with zero compensation for their screw up. It is obvious they dont care about customers at all. If you set an appointment then the shop should have your stuff set aside for you. Not sell it off and say tough luck. Guess I will take my buisness else where. Just horrible!!!
