I got stuck leaving my car at autozone after just barely making it there, with a pulley that was coming off of my power steering pump, I had to wait for parts to come in that I ordered, I was able to leave my car parked at autozone for 3 days and fixed it in the parking lot, tho I know how to work on cars a good amount, I would have not been able to do it without Nicholas, he helped me in big ways and gave great advice, he went above and beyond for me, I really appreciated his help and after all of that and because of his help, I was able to get on the road again and my car is doing great now.

My car likes to be dramatic and throw giant tantrums that puzzle everyone but ultimately turn out to be small potatoes stuff. Store manager, Mark, was persistent and went the extra mile to be sure my car was safely running before I left the store. His service was friendly, kind, and definitely professional. I live right next to another well known auto care chain, but driving a few extra miles to this Auto Zone location is always worth it to me. Thanks for keeping a busy single mom on the road!!!

Stopped by tonight to get wipers for my 2016 Accord. What incredible service! Helped me choose the right blades (Bosch!) but offered all of the options for me to choose. I paid for them and headed outside to put them on. I young man named Miguel came out and asked if he could help me by installing the blades. Done quickly and super kind and friendly. I was blown away by the incredible service! Thank you Miguel for your help and thank you AutoZone Centralia Washington. 5 Star in every way!!
