  Great service and very friendly. We’ve been using them for several years now, until recently. In the past, the communication has been really good whenever we’ve had a vehicle in for service. We recently had a vehicle in to get multiple things inspected, serviced, and repaired. Initially, the communication was great. Unfortunately towards the last week before our vehicle was finished, the communication became very poor and even nonexistent with an entire week of no updates on what was going on with the vehicle as well as three left messages, two being on the answering machine during the day on a Friday, one message left on the answering machine on the weekend when I didn’t get a return call on Friday, and another message left for update on my vehicle for someone to call me back to get an update on my vehicle because I had left three messages so far with no returned phone call. Don’t get me wrong I like these guys and they give great service but they really need to step up their game when it comes to customer service and communication. This last experience with them left me feeling really frustrated with so many unreturned phone calls and so few updates from them towards the end of our vehicle service this time. I’m hoping by posting this they will step up their communication and get back to the five star service that we always enjoyed before.

  Very good communication. I stopped by to get scheduled for a brake inspection and they did it on the spot. I'm very happy with them and I'll be back.
