  I had an absolutely terrible experience with this auto body shop. The pricing felt completely unreasonable, communication was poor, and I left feeling like I was taken advantage of rather than treated like a valued customer. What made the experience even worse was the way I was spoken to and treated. As a woman dealing with auto repairs, I expect a business to explain exactly what is being done, why it is necessary, and what it will cost before doing the work—not make assumptions that I won’t question the bill. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and a detailed written estimate before allowing this shop to do anything to your vehicle. Ask questions, get everything in writing, and don’t assume you’re being charged fairly just because they’re the professionals. I will never use this shop again, and based on my experience, I would have a very hard time recommending it to anyone—especially another woman who may not feel comfortable challenging an auto repair bill. Extremely disappointing experience.

  I did a Google search 5 years ago when we first moved to Camas, I’m always looking for the best in service wether it’s a dentist or a car mechanic.. Phill has taken car of our Jaguar XK, our Mercedes GLS 450, Lexus and now our 2 Porsches; a Boxter S and a Cayenne S.. Phill is the only mechanic I’d trust to work on my cars.. period!he is always responsive friendly and most important to me.. Honest! I’m almost a little hesitant to recommend him to all my friends as im worried he might not be able to fit me in! I cannot give a more higher recommendation than Phill..

  I have had an absolute great experience with Phillip Kassab. He’s treated me like family, he’s honest about his work on my vehicles and makes sure I know what he’s doing exactly. I feel very comfortable with his shop. 10/10. Very attractive as well

  Today was our lucky day when we found Phill and his shop. I can’t say enough great things. We were in Washougal visiting and needed some help with our son’s car. He got us in the next day, explained what was wrong, the process to fix it, and had us finished in less than two hours. While we waited, we walked around downtown Camas and grabbed a coffee. Phill solved the problem and didn’t charge us for unnecessary work. His prices are extremely reasonable and worth every penny because he’s honest. We know our son will be in good hands when anything comes up with his car.
