  I think I just found my new go to for oil changes. Service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. They got me in quickly and billing was also streamlined and convenient. I would guess they’re this good with other services too. Nice to have Phill’s place right in town. Thank you, Phill!

  Mr. Phil Kassab provided me with a 10/10 experience! I went to Portland of Genesis 2 weeks ago to address a noise occurrence when A/C is running, but when I got to my appointment they said their A/C guy was not there and I need to reschedule. I paid a bunch of money for oil change and some new filters while I was there to get something done out of the trip. After the disappointing experience I decided to stop by Phil’s as it was closer to the house and get his opinion on the A/C. God bless him, he was super honest and patient; fully explained and described to me what was going on, and the potential next steps. This kind gentlemen resolved my issue and did not charge me a dime which is a rare occurrence in today’s world. Thank you very much for your hospitality and amazing business/personal practices. Moving forward I will be bringing my vehicle to Mr. Phil exclusively as I feel it is a place of business I can trust with a great staff full of good people 🙏❤️

  Jeff is personal, thorough and an price for quality can not be beat. With my experience of unresolved issues with other well known shops I thought I would have to find another suv. This I could not afford. Jeff found all that had been missed and replaced and replaced all that needed to be done Jeff is the BEST.

  I have used them for multiple personal vehicles. Very honest, efficient, and reasonably priced.
