  Tried to upcharge my son nearly by nearly 123% on dealer price for a part. Considering the average OTC cost averaged to around $200, the $1,100 they were trying to gouge him for was a 550% increase.

  I took my Silverado in to the guys at AutoHaus for wheel bearing repair. I was expecting to make an appointment but they took my truck into the shop right away and provided us a ride home so we weren’t stuck waiting for the repair. I received a phone call explaining the required repair, cost, and timeline. I approved the estimate and the car was ready for pickup after lunch. Not only was the repair done in a timely manner, they vacuumed the interior! I was very pleased with the entire process and interaction with the guys at AutoHaus. I will definitely take my truck back to them for any future repairs.

  I’ve been here a few times with the purchase of my own parts. They were my number 1 mechanic, i would drive from coupeville to mount vernon because i trusted them. After a 6 month deployment my BMW 440xi was sitting pretty much the whole time, drove it for a few miles after i came back to notice my coolant was leaking. Naturally, im going to call my trusted mechanic. After diagnosis, then quoted me a wonderful $12,000 to do a whole overhaul of my coolant system. I tried working/talking with them to get the price down with buying my own parts or anything i could do because i could not afford such a bill. We could not agree on anything, so i ended up paying around $2000 for them to do a leak test and taking off my intake manifold so i could do the rest myself. Without knowing how to do any of those repairs, i could not complete the repairs so i caved and called them again. The call went how you would expect, they told me that it would cost MORE than $12000 now since it’s been sitting even when 95% of the job was last left in their hands (i just removed the thermostat). They said they’d call me back but the tone he said that in i knew i wasn’t getting a call back. This is my experience with them, all my other previous experiences were great but this one. All you need is one big bad experience. I don’t expect anything from them after this review, just spreading awareness.
