  Ron, the manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived first and was already waiting in my spot, but he expected me to let another customer who arrived before me go ahead. When I didn’t agree, Ron told me to leave. Instead of calmly explaining the situation or trying to resolve it professionally, he was disrespectful and dismissive. Very disappointing experience and not how I would expect a manager to treat a customer.

  This location has been great until my visit yesterday. Erik was rude and did not complete the service that was requested. He marked things on the sheet that were not done and did not help with a problem that should have been noted on my account. All other experiences with this location have been great. I told him to do the transmission and it didn’t happen. I told him I had a free oil change and instead of being helpful and say he was unable to do it without authorization he was rude and acted like I was trying to make it up. Valvolene was great when the situation happened and the bottom cover fell off. But yesterday was terrible and when I said I would call corporate- he said good luck with that. Thankfully corporate was amazing and took care of it when they were open today. I will not let one rude person change my belief in this company.

  I have a fleet of vehicles and I always bring them to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for service. I’m consistently very satisfied with the experience. The team is friendly, professional, and always treats me well. They work quickly and efficiently, which is especially important when managing multiple vehicles. Great service and a great team — I’ll definitely continue bringing my vehicles here.

  EVERY TIME I go to Valvoline in Burien on 1st Ave., I experience the sweetest and most competent staff. I showed up as the first person on a Saturday, and exactly at 8:00, they were raising the doors and directing me in. For it to be so early in the morning, they all seemed happy and ready to work. I'll always use Valvoline for my oil changes and recommendations for improving my ride. I had windshield wipers in my trunk that they gladly put on for me. I just love my experience when I go there!
