  The Valvoline off off 1st Ave in Burien is excellent! I only go to them, versus other companies. They are always so kind, knowledgeable, and I never feel pressured to buy anything I'm not wanting to at that moment. They'll tell you what they find; air filter, cabin filter, radiator flush, or whatever else your car is due for and are straight up with you about the price to replace or fix it along with the time frame, and/or how much longer until you'll need it, etc. 10/10 would recommend :)

  Professional and friendly staff, good quality service. Usually relatively busy but they're efficient and get thru the cars. Was 4th in line when I arrived, but was done in about an hour. Of course they go through the regular sales routine for extra up sells, but they're not pushy about it. Have had seen a number of the same techs there over the last year plus, so that's nice to see some experienced regular employees.

  Char, Dylan and Phillip were professional, kind and quick with service. Gave options on things they noticed had been a while since I had checked. Easy to grab a coffee at the coffee stand while you are waiting. Even with 4 cars ahead was only about a 30 minute wait. Them about 10 to 15 minutes for the oil change and transmission fluid.

  I had a fantastic experience at Valvoline in Burien! The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I really appreciated how they walked me through everything they were doing and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The service was quick but still thorough—they checked all the basics like fluids, tire pressure, and even my lights, which gave me extra peace of mind. You can tell they genuinely care about customer service and doing a good job. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable, and honest oil change, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my next service!

  I work at a company that values hard work, a team approach, and safety (also how I was raised), and I was blown away to be at an auto service shop that was enthusiastically and plain-to-see hitting high marks on all fronts. I didn't get the names of the below-deck team members, but I would like to commend Rashid, Daniel, London, and Dylan on the top deck. They were all professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, transparent about their work, and helped educate me on steps I could take to get the service I was after, as well as follow-up steps with my dealer based on my vehicle make and model. I've only ever had one other mechanic who made me feel this welcome and tended to, and after a three year search since their retirement, I'm happy to be a Valvoline customer. Thank you!
