After receiving an oil change at another Valvoline location where they absolutely demolished my filter cap, leaving me stranded at work with an undriveable car after all my oil leaked out, Ahmaad was the one to drive from Burien into Seattle and all around the greater Seattle area over the course of two days to get the part that was necessary to get my vehicle going again. He handled the situation with so much kindness, and was the single bright spot in an otherwise very frustrating and dangerous service experience. I cannot speak to the everyday service experience at this location, but if Ahmaad takes care of all of his customers the same way I was treated, it’s probably lightyears better than the experience I had at the other location. Thank you Ahmaad!
