  Antonio and Miranda was very helpful. Didn’t try to upsell us on other maintenance but gave us the manufacturer recommendations on maintenance for our car. I highly recommend this location

  My fiance brought my car in. Service was fine, but I did not get a receipt of services sent to me or printed out. No sticker & I always appreciate when they re set my oil mileage. Non of that was some.

  I go to Greene Monkey regularly for oil changes. Roughly 3-4 times a year for the last 6+ years. No issues up until this visit. I pulled in normally. Popped the hood and off to the races. The technician in the pit started yelling at the supervisor about how the oil filter was over tightened. This led to an argument between the two of them on who’s fault it was from the previous visit. Then the employee in the pit started complaining about not getting a lunch break. Stating that it violated OSHA regulations. Meanwhile, the technician injecting the new oil, Injected the wrong oil. At least he admitted it and asked for it to be drained and the process to start over. With the new oil in the engine. The technician in the trench yelled for me to start the engine. When the engine turned on, he immediately yelled to turn it off. Turns out he did not torque down the new filter and or plug. Once that was torqued down, we restarted the engine to check for leaks. With no leaks, they topped off the oil then billed me out. The bill was for $147.77 for the oil change and new air filter. This price doesn’t bother me…. IF, I don’t have to listen to people arguing and questioning the completed work based on all the issues that arose during my visit. I think I will try another oil changing facility next time.

  Great customer service, quick to complete, and went above and beyond to troubleshoot a broken cable. But they did leave grease from their clothes all over my car. And I had just washed it. 😲 still top notch service.

  The gentleman who helped topside was really kind and informative. Helped me understand a few things that were going on with my car and explained them a simple yet thorough way. There was no wait, everyone was in a good mood and friendly, even though it was a beautiful warm Saturday. I hope they all get off work early enough to enjoy this first warm day of the season. Thank you for the service you provided today, I appreciate the two of you.
