  Terrible customer service! The manager Nanaki Serai had a terrible attitude. Wasn't willing to help and made sure that I was out of the door right at 6 pm when they closed while I was on the phone with my bank. My suggestion would be to stay as far away as possible. The way he treated not only me but the customer before me was very rude!

  Was rushed when checking out the car, even though I showed up before opening and had to wait 15 minutes. Nissan has the worst seats for long drives. Windshield was dirty on the inside, they don't know about the vinegar trick. I wanted to give feedback when returning my car - but other customers needed extra help / socializing so was told to hand my keys over and 'bye'. This branch hasn't changed in the past 6 years - silly me for thinking it could have. I fixed your map marker BTW - you're welcome.

  This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From first when I called around and talked to the Enterprise cs rep in the Burien location to the Auburn Enterprise rep picking up the vehicle for me at Sunset KIA where I left it when I purchased my new car. It was an easy process, the car was very nice, new & clean. Everyone was professional, polite & knowledgeable about the process. This is not my first time using Enterprise, and it won't be my last.

  Renting a car from the Burien location , so what I thought was going to be convenient and easy WAS NOT !! They put me in a compact Mitsubishi mirage … not the issue that car was fun to drive it was like driving a little go cart so easy to park etc. we came from out of state. Pretty much got stranded because the car overheated and we didn’t want to drive it and risk damaging anything. The oil was like sludge and it had almost zero coolant in it. We missed a ticketed event that was paid for due to this. They refunded a day said they couldn’t refund the damage waiver though etc since we had the car although we had to take public transit that entire day due to them failing to maintain the maintenance on their vehicle . When we got the car it was dirty im not talking about the outside the inside had Cheerios spilled all under the back seat etc after they told us it was just cleaned out and it was ready to go we left them there we were ready to go and enjoy our trip so we thought … was able to drive it up there the next day and swap it with a different car so we could have peace of mind of not being stranded while driving around a city we knew nothing about . This was not a great experience and made vacation stressful on top of missed prepaid attractions and then being told oh we can only accomadate the day you didn’t drive the car … that doesn’t even cover the cost of what we had to miss. I’ve always rented from enterprise and never have issues… I’m not sure if it’s just this location not tending to their vehicles or just in Seattle but, car maintenance is huge and needs to be a top priority. This is putting people at risk. DO BETTER !! Update to my review !! I reached out with all info "lynette said to provide" have not heard anything back.
