  I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Burien, WA. My car was involved in an accident and the insurance company rented a car for me. I am working with Kate, the manager of this location. Kate is AMAZINGLY proactive! She reserved a car for me in advance (before the weekend) a few days prior to my appointment to take my car to the shop for repair. She also picked me up at the repair shop, took me to the rental office to complete the paperwork, and will meet me at the repair shop when my car is ready! I have worked with this specific location in the past and find the team to be especially organized, efficient, and extremely easy to work with! I would HIGHLY recommend this car rental location! They make the experience of renting a car easy, peasy!

  When I questioned an extra charge for gas, after I refilled the fuel level to the level it was when I picked up the car, the manager was rude and told me that I should just rent somewhere else. I cannot believe that customer service has stooped to such a low level. I am a priority member of enterprise and they continue to disappoint. People with no people skills need to get jobs where they don’t deal with people. Grace needs to move on to a different career. It was such a simple fix but she made it a horrible experience instead of taking care of her customer.
