  Unfortunately, my experience with the service center was disappointing. Communication throughout the process was poor. After the initial call with the front desk, I wasn't able to reach anyone by phone. I also received a text saying to call if I needed anything, but the phone number provided was just a string of 5s, so it wasn't usable. Customer service at the service front desk was not very helpful, and I was also surprised by an additional fuel charge. When I asked for a receipt, I was given one that didn't match the amount charged. I was then told the difference was a service fee for having to put gas in the vehicle because it was empty, which wasn't an accurate representation of the situation. Based on my experience, I won't be using this service center again. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect. If you're charged for fuel, I'd recommend asking for an itemized receipt and reviewing the charges carefully.

  Jasbir, you are the most amazing salesperson I have ever encountered in all my 40 years of car buying. You are polite and you take good care of your customers. Joi and I both bought cars today and you managed to make this an enjoyable process. You made us feel comfortable and accepted. I love my Jeep and my daughter loves her BMW. You are extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. If anyone needs a new car please come see Jasbir. He will certainly take good care of you.
