They didn't rotate my tires with an oil change that was supposed to be included. I needed it done and asked before and after and it never happened. Also, I sat in the waiting room for over 2 hours for an oil change, with an appointment.
I was asked to share my review here:
I requested that the car (a 2017 Volt) be inspected for normal and recommended service, as I've just taken possession in a sale from a 3rd party (not a dealer). This was done as expected.
I also requested that some items be addressed:
1. A persistent "clank" sound from the hatchback lid, when closing it or traveling over a bumpy road surface.
2. The glovebox seems to be missing a fastener, and doesn't open or close properly without manual intervention.
3. 2 hatchback cover posts (there are 4) are broken, so the cover cannot be used. I asked that those be replaced.
4. The brakes occasionally squeak abnormally when backing up.
After my service appointment, the car was delivered to me with all of those in the same condition.
1. I was told that the source of the clank sound couldn't be found - it was suggested that the hatch glass might be loose. After picking up my car, I crossed the street to ProShield Auto Glass, where I was assured that the glass was secure, and that the sound was consistent with metal-on-metal, as I had originally described it. It definitely was not the sound of any material striking glass.
2. I was told the entire glovebox would need to be replaced to solve this issue.
3. I was told that I'd have to request that those posts be ordered from parts and then installed.
4. I was told that the squeaking sound couldn't be reproduced.
I was pretty disappointed that *none* of those issues were solved, and that I wasn't even provided with an estimate (except for the new glovebox) for repair. I would have expected a call with estimates for additional costs, if any, before being told that my car was ready for pick up. Item 3 is obviously a very simple fix, but even that wasn't addressed.
I took my 2017 Chevy Volt about 2 weeks ago with arrays of issues and DTS codes pointing to HPCM, HPCM2, errors for HV battery pack, coolant pump feedback circuit performance, HV battery isolation lost, coolant sensor fault/system isolation leads unable to charge, both drive motor 1 and 2 module hybrid/EV battery volysystem isolation lost, auxiliary transmission fluid pump control module hybrid/EV battery voltage system isolation lost. The car was unable to charge and the current charge in the battery was dropping faster than the actual distance on my way to Burien Chevrolet. For the last 200 miles I have added about half gallon of dex coolant into the HV hybrid battery coolant reservoir and documented with pictures that every drive the coolant level went down after I added before each drive. There was somewhere leaking coolant.
Apparently there are something very wrong with the hybrid/EV battery system, and the coolant system, as the DTS codes show.
After diagnosis they told me it was all because just the cooling fan harness, that should fix everything, and nothing wrong with coolant system.
After whopping $2000 dollar cooling fan harness replacement cost they handed the car back, apparently all DTS data erased and system reset so the car seemed to be fine. After 10 miles driving home I plugged in the charger to charge the car. After a few hours I checked back the car and found the car only charged to 13 miles at 100% then the HV battery system showed unable to charge again. Before I took my car to them it could charge to 45 miles at 100%, EPA rating was 53 miles when new.
Most disappointingly, every single exact same error codes show up again! Nothing is fixed! The cooling fan harness did not fix a thing and it was not the root cause as I suspected and was not totally convinced when they told me in the first place.
After $2000 and 2 weeks of wait, it is back to square one! It is definitely something wrong with hybrid HV battery and it's system. I am totally not happy! The money, the time, and the inconvenience.
Attached pictures show the DTS codes before I brought the car in for service and after I picked up the car after supposedly "everything is fixed and fine". They are exactly the same!
I brought the car back to them the next day, day 3 now. I will update what the development is.

I came in unannounced and without an appointment, and they were still able to squeeze me in and get the work done very efficiently. And very quickly and they kept me informed about the price. And the deductible, these guys are very professional and very efficient, even if I didn't buy my car from them, I would go there to get servicing
Customer Service was outstanding. Great folks at the desk! Thank you.
I came in for the first oil change. Small but important detail and a request for the fellas in the shop, please take a moment to wipe off the oil drip. Grab a rag before the hood gets closed. A quick dusting where you are working, those tiny details go an extremely long way.
