- TOTimothy Olsen6 days ago3.0Even though it was a decent service experience. I felt the wait time was long, and I was rushed through once in brought in. They didn't check my lights, or my tire pressure. Also didn't offer any recommendations for services available.

While my vehicle was being serviced I heard one of the employees talking with a customer and told them that the oil in the car was new and didn’t need to be changed. I found it refreshing that they didn’t try to push service and actually recommended delaying the service. The only bad part of my experience was that they didn’t show me the dipstick after filling the engine with oil. They normally do this but didn’t during this visit.

So you can buy your oil at autozone and come back here. So basically hes telling me that. Buy oil at autozone and pay more money to get oil change at valvoline. Like yall did my oil change before and now your telling me that I have to get my oil somewhere else and come back and pay another payment to get my car oil change. Like huh
