  Honestly what a nightmare. We needed a replacement vehicle, this was the closest enterprise to us at the time, originally we got our rental from SeaTac. We lost our key fob, totally our fault. Enterprise roadside assistance was no help. Went to this facility twice, first time the little weasel at the desk told me it would be $270 a day for a new car, please are you kidding me. The 2nd time we went back with the car we had towed back there, finally after I about broke down in tears, said weasel gave us a replacement vehicle and told us the price would stay the same as our original contract. We have always used enterprise and have been loyal customers, not sure we will be using them again after this because it was just so terrible. Gave him 2 stars only because he did make things right, but the van we got was dirty … oh well whatever.

  These folks are always great. Staff is always friendly. Gave me a choice of a couple available vehicles when I arrived and dropped me to the ferry terminal upon return. Cole is very friendly n helpful

  I always get great customer service and never have any issues. Everyone is always super friendly.

  They got me in and out of there quickly!! They were all super friendly and accommodating when my plans changed (a couple times even)! I already booked my next rental!!
