  I had a positive experience with the Bremerton 6th St. location. The staff was super nice, well trained, service was on point and professional. What brought me to the store was because I was in the middle of a Mini Cooper S Cabriolet 2015 brake job and could not rewind the brake caliper piston. Someone in my Facebook group suggested I use needle nose pliers. But guess what, the needle nose pliers turn the piston but it doesn't rewind it. My Son, a Marine in South Carolina told me that Autozone rents brake tools. I checked in with my Port Orchard store and they didn't have one but they told me that the Bremerton Store had a brake caliper rewind tool kit available. I checked in with their staff and they reserved it for me. The point is how I was treated by the staff. They gave me importance, they helped me and sent me on my way to finish my brake job. That my friends means the world to me. They are part of our team. Isn't this,what we expect from our Auto -Parts Store? Absolutely! I highly recommend this store and their wonderful staff who pride themselves in helping people to Do It Yourself vehicles jobs with the best knowledge and the best replacement after market or OEM certified parts for your cherished Whip. Thank You Autozone for empowering me to work on my own vehicle to save myself money from the Stealerships. Your Team is everything I need to get the job done. Keep doing what you are doing. You guys are making a great difference. Don't ever quit. You are part of our success. Thank You!

  It was about 8:30pm, and both my headlights stopped working. I raced over to Autozone, hoping I would be able to figure something out. I was pretty sure my lights still worked... I just replaced one of them last week.. "Bad fuse?" I wondered. They were closing in 30 minutes, and I was about to lose the last bit of daylight. I popped open the hood and took a gander.. it didn't take long to see the problem. Both of my headlights had come loose from the housing that held them in place. I can handle this... I popped one back in and secured the rubber cap that protects the internal wiring. Halfway there... I popped the other one back in. At this point, multiple chest hairs began sprouting. "I'm so competent! Yeah baby!" I thought to myself. As I slipped the rubber cap back on to finish the job, I realized the zip tie that held it in place was a smidge loose. Easy peasy. Cinch that baby up and we're.... gosh dang it.. with all the testosterone coursing through my veins, I inadvertantly over-cinched that sucker. As you probably know, zip ties are easy to tighten... and less easy to loosen. It was right about that time the manager, Joseph, stepped outside. I explained my situation.. Joseph could have said "Kick rocks you filthy hobo. I got a store to close." But that's not how Joseph rolls. Joseph walked inside with me and filled my outstretched hand full of brand new zip ties. How much did Joseph charge me? Nothing. Ziltch. None dollars and no cents. Brother man hooked it up with free zip ties. And he didn't stop there. Joseph followed me outside and chatted with me as I secured that stupid rubber cap. But here's the thing... he wasn't talking as the manager of Autozone. He was talking as a human being. I won't go into details, but suffice to say, Joseph has had a rough month. But his personal hardship was exactly the thing that inspired his kindness. Cause that's how Joseph rolls. Thank you, buddy.
