Came in two days ago for an oil change and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The service was prompt, professional, and thorough. A special shoutout to the gentleman at the front desk/cashier — his customer service was exceptional! He was incredibly welcoming, clear, and attentive throughout the entire process. PSA for anyone stopping by: When you go in for service, make sure you double-check your oil type and viscosity requirements in your owner’s manual beforehand, and confirm it with the team at check-in so you get the exact match for your vehicle! Highly recommend this location. I'll definitely be back for my next service interval!

Came in earlier with brake issues…couldn’t deal with the squeaky obnoxious embarrassment any longer. Tyler sorted it out quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, he was a rockstar. Fully recommend this shop.

My lady brought her car to the one in bothell. And she specifically said she didnt want anything done to her car but the oil change. Then after she left she called me and her car was making a noise. They had removed the cabin air filter and put it back in and a bunch of leafs and dirt got into the fan. I had to take the fan out to fix it. I later called and said what happened and the manager said "well I was there when my guy did the oil change and he didnt touch the cabin air filter" I said "ok thank you" and hung up. (Very obvious you guys did)

Been coming to this location for a few years and out of all the shops around, this one has been the most consistent and has the best customer service. Staff is super friendly and happy to answer any questions I have. They are also open on weekends which is hard to beat! This particular visit, my brakes were acting funny and I needed them looked at before a long distance trip next week. Tyler made sure to explain to me what the situation was and what the cost up front was so there were no surprises. We will continue to come back to this location!

On Saturday, July 18, I brought my 2017 Mazda3 to this location for a brake fluid service. I was quoted $90, and told them to proceed. I watched the techs work on my car from behind for a few minutes, watched them open the hood, connect a vaccum to the passenger side front bleeder valve, turn over a container of brake fluid into the reservoir over the master cylinder, and turn on the vacuum. I watched for some time and saw no changing of the vacuum from the front passenger wheel. I repositioned myself to the front of the car, and watched the vacuum pull the remaining fluid from the container, but the vacuum hose stayed connected to just the front passenger brake bleeder. I asked a tech who appeared to be managing the other techs why the vacuum was not being moved to the other three wheels, and was told that their system allowed the fluid to be replaced via just one wheel. He said he learned this while working for a car dealer before working there. Unsure of what he was saying, I paid for the service and went home to check. All of my research has confirmed that there is no such method for fluid replacement - that all four wheels must be serviced to ensure all of the old fluid and air is removed from the brake system. Some use the ABS system to centralize fluid extraction, but that is not what happened here. No one got anywhere close to the ABS unit in the engine compartment. I have used this location for oil changes before and been satisfied with the work. Now I believe, at least this time, I was the victim of one or more technicians who did not want to complete the entire service. I'm really dissappointed that it happened, and that I was not able to catch the deficiency when it happened.
