  Came here for regular oil changes, which they do a great job of, but the last time I came and added on a change of my back windshield wiper. Unfortunately, the worker broke the entire back arm off somehow, and told me they would order the replacement part and would call me back to come get it replaced along with the wiper I paid for added. Never heard back from anybody about this over a month later. The arm part itself is only about $25, which isn’t a big deal to replace it myself, but this paired with the fact that I still paid for the wiper which I never got either is very disappointing. I would recommend if you choose to do business here to stick strictly to oil changes.

  Fellow women, chose another place. I ask for conventional they gave me full synthetic and said I asked for it. Then tried to argue with me over the upsells during check outs. Primarily hoping confusion and shame would get me to buy more. When I declined the upsells politely, they acted like I was rude for saying no. They claimed to vacuum and clean the windows as a courtesy. Neither was done.

  Ive actually gone to these guys for almost a decade. They used to be the best value in or around bothell. The last time I went, (I actually traveled from tacoma to bothell because I was so fond of them) I was greeted by a walking/talking contradiction which i was forced to accept or just leave... i took a second and a deep breath realizing that that was acceptable in a liberal progressive nightmare that the seattle area has turned into and continued on with my 'trans'action. I ended up waiting quite a while for a "quick" oil change, I brought in a truck so I just accepted it eventhough I watched a few customers come in aftee i did but leave before as well, 🤷‍♂️. Oh well Check out time came and I saw that the price for an oil change for my ram 1500 came out to nearly $140! The dodge lot beats that price without even having to "price match". After a decade of loyalty... im done with this jiffy lube in bothell, right next to the sons of Norway. That place has changed and I won't be returning. 🤷‍♂️

  I’ve been coming to this location for a few years for oil service and they are generally good with oil service , today I decided to do more liquids including my transfer case fluid , guess what they put the wrong fluid in my car! I went back and initially the reception guy apologized but then the assistant general manager came in and first tried to convince me it is the right fluid ( I think he was not aware of the difference ) and this is what their system recommends after showing him the difference he agreed that it is different but that is what their software recommends and they consider what they have used as equivalent. Anyhow the story kept changing and all I can say is you can’t trust these guys for more than engine oil change and wiper swap! If you want to use them for anything else make sure you check your manufacturer recommendation yourself and don’t get pushed around by trying to convince you what they carry is right. For the rest of stuff I will not be using them since I have lost my trust. If you are curious about the details I have a 2021 GX460 and they used 75W90 for the transfer case. Lexus recommends 75W which is a thinner oil than the 75W90. The thicker oil can cause lower MPG and damage in long run.
