They blew up my car and don’t take any responsibility. It was supposed to be a simple oil change. They overfilled it, causing the valve seat to fail. Denied liability even though this happened immediately after the oil change. Now I have to replace the whole motor for $15K.

Beyond the work being fast and efficient, KJ and Willy are fantastic and professional. It's invaluable to not be patronized, and I appreciated the way they explained what was going on without treating me like an idiot.

Shout out to KJ at grease monkey! Got me taken care of and was super helpful and professional. I will not go anywhere else after coming here. All my concerns were addressed promptly and in a way that’s easy to understand. No ambushing or pressuring for sales too. I can’t recommend this place enough! This is my new spot! I won’t go anywhere else. I’d give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could! Thanks guys!
