  Great experience here; I got a very fair estimate for some aftermarket modifications I wanted to my vehicle, something beyond their normal services. Despite taking a bit longer than estimated they stuck to their original deal. Great quality work. Will absolutely come here again for future needs.

  I had a fantastic experience here! The team was quick and efficient, but what really stood out was Nick’s transparency. Unlike other shops, they didn’t push unnecessary services. Instead, they sent a digital estimate directly to my phone so I could review everything at my own pace. Afterward, they actually walked me through the findings when I went to pick up my car. They use a tiered priority color-coding system (Red/Yellow/Green), which made it incredibly easy to understand what needed immediate attention and what could wait. Honest and professional—I’ll definitely be back!

  Nick was super friendly and helpful. They covered my Uber so I could leave the car! When I got back, he explained where things were and when it would be a good idea to get the pending items done. There was zero pressure to do anyone I hadn't requested, and he explained in really good detail what would affect the timeline for the next visit. Honest, straightforward, and friendly. Couldn't ask for more in an auto shop!

  I did an engine assessment test and was advised to not repair the car because of the cost of repairs and condition of my car's engine. I would rather be told not to fix a vehicle than do the thousands of dollars of repairs on a really old vehicle. If I had repaired it and it died anyway, my review would have been less than satisfactory. As it is, the dollars to fix my old broken vehicle will be better spent getting a newer vehicle. I will return to Evergreen AutoWorks to have service on my next vehicle. They provided thorough, expert, excellent, and honest service.
