  Had a poor experience booking on a Saturday for 1 day. Even though you book for 1 day, they charge for 2 days. Repeated calls, everytime they lied, and never refunded the charge.

  Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when I arrived. They clearly explained everything, answered all of my questions, and provided outstanding customer service throughout the process. I would absolutely rent from Enterprise again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  I like this office, the location, and the option to return a car after work hours. However, we’ve had the same issue twice already: 1. A few months ago, we returned a car on Saturday evening, but it was marked as returned on Sunday, so we were charged for an extra day. It took about a month and several calls to get our money back. 2. Last Saturday, we returned the car even earlier than expected, but we were charged for an extra day again. We already called.
