- SSSmartmomma5 days ago5.0My service reps were kind, efficient, and understanding, even when I got a phone call from my dr when they were attempting to talk with me. They also helped reset the dash light. Very happy despite the long wait due to a long line of cars.
- MSMatthew StaceyAug 23, 20261.0Went for an oil change because online it said 10-15 min wait. 1 car in front of me and it took them 1.5hrs to do what ever they were doing. My turn came up and it took another hour and a half for them to change my oil and filter. I drive a Tacoma. They suck the oil out through the dipstick and my aftermarket skid plate has an oil filter access panel and I let them know. However i suddenly hear the skid plate fall down and the technician swearing. They somehow sprayed oil across my hood, engine bay, and the underside of the engine bay. My tires are at 4 different pressures none of them 35psi. This place needs some management help before they destroy peoples vehicles not knowing what they are doing. I saw 2 guys in the pits and 2 women up top so they had staff for both lanes. I would definitely recommend not going here. They keep the online wait times low by checking people in only right before they get you in a stall.

They didn't reset my service light. The reason for 3 stars is because I was disappointed with Valvoline to see a "Temporary surcharge." on my receipt for $4.85. It might have been better received if it was explained I was being charged an additional $4.85 for what? If it's temporary, what is it for and when will it be removed or no longer be temporary?

For someone who has no knowledge of cars whatsoever they walked me through every step and problem with zero judgement and a whole lot of kindness and laughter. They helped me find the best deal for my car needs and even informed if things I can do at home to help improve my driving experience. Big fan! 10 out of 10 recommend.
