  I took 2 of my company box trucks to Valvoline for an oil change. Kimberly who was "Topside" stated that on BOTH vehicles there were a lot of metal shards in the transmission fluid, and the transmission fluid was dark and she recommended transmission flush. I declined. The transmissions on both trucks were just rebuilt not that long ago so Kimberly's comments were extremely concerning. Having a transmission rebuilt is not cheap. I took both vehicles in to the Transmission specialist and they laughed at Kimberly's comments because it is almost impossible to see metal shavings on a 4' long dip stick and also said Valvoline would have had to take the magnetic pan off to look for shavings and they don't have the expertise or equipment to even do so. The transmission specialist did a thorough inspection of the transmissions, took the magnetic pans off and confirmed there were no metal shavings. They also noted the transmission fluid was still extremely clear. They had to wipe the dipsticks multiple times to confirm it was transmission fluid because of how clear it was. I called this Valvoline location to share my experience and learned Kimberly is the manager of this location so I called corporate instead and shared this information with them. I'm out money for taking both trucks to the transmission specialist yesterday because of Kimberly's comments that were entirely untrue. It's too bad we can't trust Valvoline's service and management team with their comments regarding our vehicles. They are obviously just trying to upsell and will say whatever to get customers to spend more.

  Not the fault of the staff members, but the service was very, very expensive, and I probably would have gone to Wal Mart down the road if they had any appointments available that day. Service was great, staff was very friendly. I'll probably be back if other options aren't available at the time I need an oil change.

  Visited your location on a Friday morning I g and the service was quick and prompt. Crew was moving with a purpose working multiple vehicles to get the or ing rolling.

  was in and out in under an hour, everyone was super nice and speedy when I got there. There was a shorter male and a female with pink hair who was specifically polite and talked to me throughout the entire process. I was not pressured to buy any services.
