Terrible communication and customer service. After weeks of dealing with a broken fridge - it finally got installed. The existing wires were used from the old propane/shoreline fridge to the new 12 volt. As you may suspect - that didn’t work. This led to another $100 loss in groceries. Zack came out to rewire and when he was done - he knocked to say he was finished. Imagine my surprise when I went to empty my black tank and found this - no mention of him stepping on it. Come on - you know when you step on a sewer hose! So unprofessional and incompetent. I was told by Sheena, in the office, that my repair was covered by my warranty company. I then received a bill from them for $817…..😳🤦🏽‍♀️

Justin is amazing so happy i was referred to him. Put an inverter and lithium batteries in my boat. Just a perfectionist. Highly recommend him.

Very personable and willing to listen. Upfront and honest about possible repairs. They completed the work requested with a guarantee. Will take my trailer back for winterization in the fall.
