I am the fleet manager for an HVAC/electrical/plumbing business in Whatcom County. Lone Pine Auto Glass is the only glass shop I will use for my 130-plus vehicles. They are fast, the quality of work is excellent, and their staff is top notch. Highly recommended!
I took a rock to my windshield driving into Bellingham on a two day visit. Broke both panes. I called Lone Pine and Celeste and Tyler got me in the next day and taken care of.
On the test drive Tyler conducted to make sure the windshield was seated, another driver sent a rock into the window (I know, what are the chances) leaving a small pit in the window. Non-ideal. Annoying. Not Tyler's fault at all.
At most shops, this would have just been a too bad, so sad moment. Not at Lone Pine. Tyler's immediate response was "we'll make it right" and I was offered a discount or another windshield the next day, free of charge.
This sort of above and beyond response blew me away in a day and age where people are always trying to shirk responsibility. His work was quick and great. His professionalism and customer service, exemplary. Even though I was cranky about the situation, which again was in no way shape or form his fault.
Next time I come to Bellingham and get a rock in the windshield, which seems likely given everyone is on their phone and drifting into the shoulder, I'll come here. And you should too. Support local business, sure. But more importantly, support local, ethical, top tier people even more.
While on our way to Canada we got a significant crack in our windshield and called Lone Pine to see if they could get us in to fill it. Not only did they do a great job filling it, they had incredible customer service! Everyone was so kind and personable. Within 10 minutes they had us back on the road with a fixed windshield. I highly recommend Lone Pine Auto Glass!
Tyler and Celeste are so professional and kind! I got my daughter a used 2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and the dealership (Go Hyundai Renton) failed to disclose a huge bullseye rock chip in the middle of the windshield. We did the purchase and negotiations online and I asked about all blemishes, dings, chips, etc. and they conveniently left the rock chip out of walk around video and information. So I didn’t see it until we met the salesman halfway in Arlington to pick up the car.
I emailed Lone Pine Auto Glass and Celeste got us in the same day. Tyler attempted to fix the rock chip even though he informed me that “Go Hyundai Renton” tried to seal it and made a worse mess of it. Tyler made it look a lot better, but he told me I would still need to replace the whole windshield to get rid of the chip. He didn’t even charge us for his work, so sweet! If Go Hyundai Renton reimburses the amount that it would cost to replace the windshield, I will definitely be taking it to Lone Pine Auto Glass to be replaced.

The is the ONLY place you need to consider when replacing any window or windshield on your truck or auto. Had a rock thrown at our rear quarter panel window on the highway traveling at 60 mph! Lone Pine Auto glass was able to fix it in fast, and even added a cosmetic strip of molding that normally does not come on the window from the warehouse. Tyler was the most pleasant owner and he did the work as well. Forget all those national companies that make promises but don't deliver. Lone Pine Auto Glass is the only place you need to take your vehicle. Thanks Tyler!
