  What an incredible experience! My drivers side window broke while we were out of town over the weekend and the local Safelite wrapped our window (free of charge) to make sure we were safe on the drive home and also got us in for a at home fix first thing Monday morning! I could believe how fast the service was (under 30mins) and Gavin was excellent throughout the whole process! Will definitely use them again!

  Very friendly and attentive staff who kept me informed about the status of my windshield repair. Work Appears to be a high-quality and Can’t tell that the windchill has been replaced at all.

  Took almost 3hrs. I had to help put the glass in because some equipment apparently broke. And then the next day while driving, the gaskets going around the window came off and I had to pull them in the windows and roll the window up to pin it so it didn’t fly off! Now I have to fix it.

  So they scheduled my appointment. Ripped out my windshield And then called me to tell me they had the wrong windshield. They Said they would call me back so that I could bake arrangements for a rental car since they have no idea when an actual windshield for my car is going to be available. No one called me back. And this is the fourth attempt. Tell your insurance company that they would be better off to use another windshield replacement company. This one sucks.

  I have used Safelite twice. Both times I was very satisfied with the work that was done and the way I was treated. They're very professional as well as concerned with any needs you may have. I have used their damn in shop and on the road both experiences were excellent.
