JT our tech was communicating with us, very pleasant and clearly competent. All in all the easiest resolution of a car issue we faced
- JTJohn TaussigJun 29, 20265.0Cracked windshield. Appointment set the next day at my house. Took only about an hour and half. Tech was well informed and even did a little extra with a rust preventative which was appreciated.
- KKKeithJun 28, 20261.02 days after the windshield was replaced and the 1st time I drove the car the small plastic cover on the lower driver's side flew off driving down I-5. The mechanic failed to properly re-install the piece after replacing thw windshield. Now I am waiting for the follow-up appointment for warranty work to be completed. Thw mechanic will be here this wedneaday to verify the problem and then will have to come back on another day to replace the missing part. I will not drive my car until the repair is complete. As a result I will probably never use safelite again.
