Asked for a clutch install, found multiple broken parts clutch installed the wrong way and car still does not run properly since service. Be careful.

Alex set up the appointment like a Pro, and Chris communicated the details as the service progressed. The Tech completed the job and I was able to pick up my car ahead of schedule. The Audi drives great with no vibrations or pulling. NWRS is a professional, skilled team that I would recommend to anyone.
