  Excellent experience. As usual, both my car and I were treated with respect and my wishes regarding the service were carried out professionally and diligently. Service advisor Jason Vandermolen is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to my service preferences. All of my experiences with the service department at NW Chevrolet have inspired confidence that continues to keep me as a repeat customer not only for my treasured late model Corvettes, but also for routine service of our 2026 Toyota Highlander.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience working with Joe at NW Chevy! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with our decision without making us feel pressured. Joe really went above and beyond to help us get into a vehicle that worked for our family and our budget. He made what can normally be a stressful process feel easy and straightforward.   My car was leaking coolant. They said it needed a new water pump. Gave the ok for that. They said it was working great. Drove it home and it was leaking coolant in the driveway and every place else I stopped. Took it in a few days later to have it fixed. They said it was fine and it was still leaking. I gave up and went to another mechanic.

  Great experience from start to finish. My salesman Morgen was very helpful and made the process very comfortable. I am a repeat customer my first purchase was in 2021. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and they make sure that you’re comfortable when you come into their showroom. No pushy sales tactics I really appreciated that. Thank you, Morgan.   I purchased on 9/4/2026 a used 2022 GMC Sierra 1500 Limited Elevation with a little over 76,000. According to the Carfax presented to me the truck was serviced on 2/10/2026 by the dealership for engine maintenance and remained on the lot and test driven until it was sold. After I drove off the lot the engine was misfiring and had a P0300 fault code also smelling gas fumes in the cabin while driving. I recommend to any buyer who is looking to purchase a used vehicle to have a diagnostic performed and if fault codes are found that it be fixed immediately before driving off the lot. GM should not be authorized to still advertise and sell a vehicle to any consumer that have been known to have motor issues until it is fixed across the board and significantly reduce the mark up by dealerships.
