  If you are looking to buy a vehicle at NW Chevy of Bellingham, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Joe Austin. From the moment I walked onto the lot, Joe completely redefined what car buying should look like. He is the furthest thing from the stereotypical "pushy" salesman. Instead, he took the time to actually listen to what I needed, respected my budget, and guided me toward the perfect vehicle. Joe is incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Chevrolet lineup. He answered every technical question I had with absolute honesty and transparency. The entire financing and negotiation process was smooth, stress-free, and surprisingly fast. I felt completely supported and valued as a customer throughout the entire transaction. His professionalism, integrity, and friendly attitude earned my trust completely.   I had potentially the worst experience I could have had at this dealership. Came to check out a Tesla. They couldn’t find the keys and I waited around for hours with no luck until they found the keys for a different Tesla to at least have me test it. They then finally found the keys for the Tesla I wanted to test and it was completely dead. Told me I would have to come back. I came back the next day and still dead, was told to come back again. Next time I came in they said they sold it and never let me know. When I came in the last time they asked me “did I really even want to buy it” treating me like I wasn’t going to buy the car after I have been there several times for hours. I had to uber each time which ended costing me ~$100 in uber fees. Never felt like my time was so wasted and unappreciated.

  We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience buying our Chevy Trax! Joe was amazing from start to finish and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was patient, genuinely listened to what we were looking for, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. We absolutely love our Trax and feel like we found the perfect vehicle for us. We’re so thankful we had Joe there to help make the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.   I had a great experience buying my Suburban here. Daryl was my salesman, and I really appreciated how straightforward and fair he was. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t play any games, and was honest about where they stood on the price. It made the whole process feel easy and low pressure. Jeff in finance was also great to work with. He got everything wrapped up quickly and made the paperwork process smooth and efficient. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend them.

  I conducted most of the transaction remotely because I live a bit outside the area, and I was extremely impressed with the entire process. Rigo Gonzales was professional, responsive, and straightforward throughout the negotiation and the preparation of the paperwork before my onsite visit to complete the purchase. Everything was handled efficiently, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. The finance manager was also excellent to work with and made the final paperwork and delivery process smooth and easy. Having recently come away from a failed transaction and a very disappointing experience with another dealership, it was incredibly refreshing to work with a dealership, and professionals like Rigo, who made the process feel honest, organized, and customer focused.
