  The best customer service and could not be more pleased with my SUV! They allowed me to rent a vehicle after I had been scammed! I was 32 hours away from home and had to move my son out of college! They did not have to help me but they choice to be kind and giving. I will be forever grateful. God Bless the young men behind that counter! Because my credit score was low no other company would allow me to rent a car but they where God Sent!!!

  Marie at the National Car Rental desk in Bellingham is truly outstanding. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. She made the entire rental process smooth, fast, and completely stress-free, answering questions clearly and going out of her way to make sure everything was set up perfectly. What really stood out was her positive attitude and attention to detail—you can tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customer experience. Marie turned what’s usually a routine transaction into a genuinely pleasant interaction. If you’re renting a car at BLI, I hope you’re lucky enough to work with her. She’s a real asset to National!

  Awesome customer experience at Bellingham Airport National. I have had rentals with them for the past year, always willing to go above and beyond and remediate issues even if it was due to another location's actions. I plan to continue doing business with them indefinitely. Michaela, the branch manager is super biased for action and customer obsessed. I wish the Seattle Airport (SEA) National personnel could learn from the BLI location to help them improve their below bar customer service.
