They can't find customers that have been with them for. 40 years and when I gave them multiple forms of ID they still couldn't. When I asked for a supervisor she said there was none and hung up.

Im giving a lower rating because they made a mistake on my payment invoice and it's been like pulling teeth just to get any kind of communication from them. Its been more than 3 weeks since I requested a corrected invoice to submit to insurance for reimbursement and I still haven't recieved. Very disappointing.
