She agreed and later she followed me out to the Full Steam coffee line to change her order. Never follow a client out the door, very weird. And this was after they proceeded to shove a review clipboard in my face. Never going back again. Sure oil change was fine but the people make me turn away
- EEelssApr 23, 20261.0genuinely so dissatisfied. went in for a brake and rotor change, told me it would be an hour to an hour 30 and got no calls or mention, so i showed up around an hour and 30 later saw my car wasn’t even being worked on and my friend went in and asked what was goin on. To my suprise they said my brakes were fine, which i was happy about what i wasn’t happy about was nothing got done regardless and i still got charged for it. i wasn’t given a proper diagnose or fix to the problem i was having which was my breaks grinding and being spongey. and being charged 150 for not getting a call or having an actual diagnoses or even just having the brake pads don’t regardless was upsetting. when i got there the only thing done was a rotor on one wheel aswell, which ended up getting taken off.
