  First of all, Gary was a huge help & kept me in the loop about the status of my car. The service guys were on top of everything & professional. The shuttle guys were great drivers, & made the drive to/from my home a pleasant & positive experience. Can’t say enough about the thorough work, customer service, & professionalism these guys delivered. I felt like I was their priority & treated with the utmost respect & care! And the waiting room was comfortable & stocked with many complimentary beverages…. Comparing this place/service to the local dealership I also visited the same week is hands down NO contest! The dealership didn’t treat me like Bham Automotive, & they certainly didn’t keep me informed on the status of my vehicle. The only reason I was there is because Gary (Bham Automotive) told me the specific problem would most likely be covered by the warranty (which it was). Thanks to everyone who assisted me with my vehicle!😄

  Won't go here again. Seemed unable to clearly diagnose cold start issue, I was recommended several expensive repairs that would have done nothing to fix issue, but would have cost me thousands of dollars in unnecessary parts + repairs. Took my ride elsewhere, got proper diagnosis/repair, positive I paid less than I would have been charged here. Sure this outfit looks shiny, staff w/ matching uniforms, free car wash after visit, get a ride anyplace in town - but you can bet customers pay for the overhead in their pricing. I'd much rather go to a mechanic capable of diagnosing, communicating issue, and repairing the actual problem. Inkling what I encountered was a pink tax situation here, but either way - very disappointed!

  We brought in a used vehicle that we were wanting to purchase (no appt needed) to have it hooked to a computer and evaluated, which was a complimentary service, no wait at all, plus complimentary beverages and even was told to "keep the mug" by the wonderfully expert and respectful mechanic, Mason. 🤩

  Bellingham Automotive has delivered for me with great communication, service, and the job done expediently. I had transmission diagnostic and repair, a new fuel pump, driveline, brakes, and other miscellaneous service done to my 97 diesel Ford F350. They stood by their warranty and name and replaced the fuel pump for free after the one they installed malfunctioned, not their fault. The front desk is easy to talk to. Easy to drop off and pick up after hours. Reasonable price. Would recommend to anyone.
