- AMAya MorgensterAug 12, 20261.0Partner had a car reserved. Was denied the ability to actually get the keys and they tried to double charge him. He managed to convince them to undo the charges. But then they refused to rent a car out to him. Requiring a "proof ticketed return" because the rental location is near an airport, an irrelevant requirement when we live in this town (have proof of it) and the drive is 3 hours away. (Reservation also stated this would be a return to location rental) Then the area manager tried to get around that by saying "we need a major credit card" (that they literally just took 600 dollars off of and are not declining they accepted) Area manager and the staff under them are incompetent and irresponsible. Had this been important, this would have been terrible. They are lucky this wasnt someone trying to get to an important business meeting, a hospital out of town for a childs birth or the final moments of a family member. Frankly this these people need disciplinary action taken against them. We will contact employees higher up the ladder to ensure that action is taken.

- BWBrian WilliamsJul 30, 20261.0These guys are absolute clowns. Made a reservation via Booking.com. Arrived at the desk with credit card and driver’s license as stipulated in the agreement. However, on arrival they then said they also required a passport or could not honour the agreement which I did not have. I showed them the agreement with the rental requirements stated with no mention of a passport. They said they didn’t care. A terrible way to start a vacation with a company that can’t follow there own agreement.
