  Had a great experience with my recent oil change! James was knowledgeable & friendly. The rest of the team was professional and worked really hard to get everything done efficiently. The price was very reasonable as well. You can tell this team takes pride in their work, and they definitely deserve a raise for how hard they work! I’ll definitely be coming back for future services.

  James helped me out on a Sunday afternoon and I truly felt taken care of by him! He was honest and professional, and I’d definitely recommend this location to someone else. My oil change here was less expensive than what Jiffy Lube was going to charge me also, which is a plus!

  This is my second time here since Valvoline took over the location and was there today and they've stepped up their standard operating procedures with several secondary checks where a second set of eyes verifies key actions including new oil filter prep, oil levels, battery test, etc. Very thorough and trying to remove human error from the process. The only person that seemed to not have similar oversight was the person working in the pit. But this is the most regimented quick lube place I've tried. Upsells were reasonable; nothing uneccessary.

  Had a great experience today, was lucky enough to get in with no wait. Team was quick, friendly and ready to knock out the oil change and transmission flush. Talked through each step and confirmed fluid levels after service. I brought with me my own cabin air filter and oil treatment and they gladly installed both with no additional cost. Coupons were readily available and utilized during the cash out process.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really impressed with the service here. The crew was professional, friendly, efficient, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. They communicated everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made the whole oil change process genuinely easy. What stood out most was how well the team worked together. Everyone seemed engaged, respectful, and focused on taking care of customers. It’s obvious there’s strong leadership and a good culture at this location. I’ve been to plenty of quick-lube places, and this was noticeably better. Management should know that the team here represents Valvoline extremely well. I’ll definitely be coming back.
