If I could I would probably give a zero star rating but extremely rude front desk who had no courtesy to best guide a customer on how to reschedule an existing appointment for another day. I came in a bit late for my appointment and instead of recommending me to reschedule my appointment simply refused service and said they cannot take my car for servicing at all. Next time train your front desk for some simple courtesy lessons.

At the Bellevue Safelite, we ordered an oem replacement for our Alfa Romeo windshield after a rock hit and subsequent cracking. After waiting 3+ hours for the work to be completed, we were told the camera mounting broke on installation and we will have to come back a week later to replace the windshield again. The next oem windshield was installed, but they broke the camera mounting again. We were told come back in two more weeks and we should opt for the Chinese after market glass instead of OEM. They blamed the PGW oem glass as the problem? So the Fuyao glass was finally installed without the camera mount breaking. However, they couldn't get the calibration completed, stating a problem with connection and we would need to return again.
This whole process took over 12 hours of my wife's time, 4 trips and about 96 miles of driving. For our inconvenience, Safelite offered free rainx treatment....I would expect as a national company like Safelite, they would offer a discount or refund if a customer had to return four times for a glass replacement. But they didn't and this is exactly why they lose customers for life.

Service is underwhelming at best. Receptionist is rude. She has no personality or social skills and should not be in the Customer Service industry. The technicians took five hours to complete a two hour job. During my marathon five hour wait, I was given no updates or explanation. I had to ask. And when I did, the answers were unsatisfactory. I do not recommend this place.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
I almost never leave reviews, but this was so unbelievably awful that I feel obligated to warn others. PLEASE, do not use this Safelite location.
If you've had your car broken into, the last thing you need is more stress. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I got here. I received no meaningful communication, no callbacks, and no updates, and even Safelite corporate couldn't get a hold of the shop. I had to constantly fish for updates myself, which was incredibly time consuming and frustrating. I shouldn't have had to repeatedly chase down basic information about parts and the status of my work order.
I spent two weeks going back and forth with my insurance and corporate trying to figure out what was happening. Eventually, I was recommended to try another shop, so I did. Another shop, not Safelite, was able to source the exact same part the very next day and schedule my installation within a week.
That told me this wasn't simply a parts issue.
This doesn't feel like one bad employee or one bad technician. It feels like a management failure and a level of disrespect that no customer should have to deal with. What makes this especially disappointing is that I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply needed basic communication about the process. That's it.
And I want to point something else out. PLEASE read the recent reviews carefully. A lot of the newer 5-star reviews seem like bot or AI-written reviews to me. They're generic, repetitive, and completely different from the experiences people are describing in the negative reviews. Just a couple of days ago, the shop was sitting around a 3.2 rating, and now it's around 3.5. This is extremely sketching...
Last thing I'll share, do yourself a favor and take a little extra time before accepting your insurance company's recommendation. If they tell you to use Safelite, don't assume that's your only option. Call your dealership first. Ask which glass shops they recommend. Many shops work with multiple insurance providers, so you may have better options than the one you're initially given.
I genuinely wish I had done that from the beginning.
There are better options out there. No one deserves this level of frustration and disrespect.

Terrible. 2026 Mini Cooper windshield. Did not end up using them, but they appear to be the same incompetent and disjointed company I dealt with years ago. First, I received online estimate of about $450 and was asked to schedule the appointment. I followed up with a human who told me the correct price was just over $1000. Technician arrived for at home replacement (a different one than picture told me it would be), and after about 25 minutes came to tell me that he could not do it at home, but that I would need to take it to the Bellevue shop as only they had the software to recalibrate the sensors. Scheduled that appointment, and again about 30 minutes after checking in I was told that there were "pending camera codes", and that they could not do the replacement until these codes were cleared. Who could clear them they did not know. They told me that there must have been a "miscommunication" with the technician (there was not), implying I had not understood him about it needing to go to the Safelite shop.
After talking with Seattle Mini I learned that there would have been no way forward with Safelite from the outset, as only the dealer could reset the codes and that it would only work with OEM glass. They told of other customers that had to have the windshield that Safelite had replaced taken out for a complete do over (at full price) to make sensors work again. Long story short, this company likely has no business replacing modern (sensor laden) windshields, even though they will tell you that they can. They might be okay for older cars, but.....
