  This location was excellent for me. Only waited an hour for the repairs. I had alot of glass in my car but it was vacuumed seamlessly and the quality of the work was great. Pricing was excellent for a vehicle at an older model. I thought I may have to wait as other technicians stated they needed to order a part. Not at Safelite. Staff was also polite. Would return

  The in store service experience was not as good. Short staff that morning so had to wait longer, only got find out the part did not fit properly. Had to reschedule a mobile next day appointment with Cyprian who did an excellent job as always.

  Always exceptional service. Have used them for several chip repairs and a few window replacements over the years. Safelite is our #1 go to. And they work directly with our insurance (State Farm) so even better.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. If I could give them zero stars I would. They replaced my windshield in April '26 and in the process, broke a wire connecting my rearview display to the tailgate camera and seem to think completely ignoring my request to have it fixed is how you treat customers. They won't answer their phone, I've had 4 appointments at the shop so they can "diagnose" it with zero success. The manager says he'll call you with updates: he won't. Corporate customer service pretends to care but never responds with an update. Corporate customer service _can't even call the shop themselves_. In JULY '26 I took the car to the dealership; $250 for a diagnostic which the manager said they'd 'get approval for and call me back' - never happened. A fix will probably require pulling the roof liner out of my SUV and I would NEVER let the techs at Safelite do the work. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR. I'll be filing complaints with my insurance company, the Better Business Bureau and WA State Attorney General. Safelite will never again get my business and this shop is a textbook example of how to lose customers. Unbelievably bad customer service, zero accountability, this place is a sad excuse for an auto shop.

  First off, I want to make sure everyone understands that the technicians themselves at this location are great. I've been there for two separate glass replacements and the work has been excellent by the technicians. The issue I have is the most recent experience. My appointment was 10am for a windshield replacement which is supposed to take 3 hrs but maybe a little longer due to calibration, which is what I was told. I was ok with it and brought my laptop to work. Checked in at 9:44 and saw my car get moved to the back garage at 9:55. At 11:04 my car got moved to the parking lot and I both saw it from the waiting room and also on my car camera. I was curious but thought that they would have told me or gotten me if it was complete and I also didn’t want to be “that” customer so I waited until 3:30 after my work call and still saw the car sitting in the same spot since 11:04 so I walked up the front desk employee and asked if my car was done since I also received a recalibration certificate email at 1:30. He walked into the back room and brought me my keys and told me it was complete. I was confused as to why no one told me it was complete and asked when it was done as the car has been in the same spot since 11:04. He got some of the technicians and they told me that it was done at 11. I was both confused and frustrated so I asked "So I've been sitting here for 4 hrs for nothing?" Stunned looks is all I got. I told them that it wasn't their fault but something got screwed up. I wasted 4 hrs of my time when I could have been home. I asked to speak with the manager not for them to do anything but so that someone in management knew what happened and hopefully they can make changes so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Unfortunately, all the mgrs were in a mtg so I couldn't speak with them so I asked them to have the mgr, Brady, call me. On my way out to my car, one of the technicians came up to me and apologized profusely and I told him thanks but it wasn’t his fault. Like I said, he and the other technicians are and have always been great. Now the fun part. It’s been a week since my experience and still nothing from the mgr. Nada. I write these reviews with the hope that these things won’t happen to anyone else. I also want to make sure that people have as much information before making choices on where to spend your hard earned money. For me, I will not be using this location or safelite going forward which is sad as the technicians do good work but the overall experience including not being able to call the shop directly without going through a bunch of other people is stupid. I am not asking for anything besides acknowledgement of a problem and apology from someone in management and that they ensure that this doesn’t happen to anyone else in the future. So you’ve been warned. Again, the technicians are great and this is in no way a reflection of their work and dedication.
