Me and my step-son who is joining the Army at the end of this month really appreciate the great opportunity to see amazing cars and hear all the specs and history from Jacob Pellum! He showed us all three showrooms and let us experience how it feels shopping for one of them bad ass cars. Hopefully we'll be back to buy next time.
My experience with this company involves a quote for a full front PPF for our vehicle, a brand new 2026 Toyota Rav 4 Woodland, This is not an exotic, complicated or large vehicle and there is minimal prep work because it s new. Their website quotes $1599 for a full front PPF. I made the online request but no one contacted us. I then went to the shop and spoke to Carter. He was friendly enough. A few days later I received a text with a quote of $2450. That is over $800 more? An acquaintance also made an online request for a full front PPF as well and specifically asked for the $1599 special advertised online. Over a week went by and she was ghosted. I feel that their advertised quotes are fake and they have no intention of coming close to that price. I suppose this is how they do business in Washington State and now they bring it here to Boise. Not recommended.

Buyer beware if you are buying a preowned luxury vehicle from the Bellevue location. Before purchase, be sure you inspect the car and it has all the basic original items, like an owners manual, that you would expect. I recently purchased a 500 mile 2025 Aston Martin DB 12. The day after delivery, I discovered no owners manual. Even though the car came with one, they say the consignor must of kept it. But they graciously offered to sell me a new one for about $600! Because having a “complete” car is important to me , I found a new original one on EBay for about half that cost. About two weeks later, I opened the factory car battery charger box and found only a cable and no charger. My sales rep, MR, specifically handed me the box at delivery and told me it was the charger. I didn’t think to open it and confirm, shame on me. He now blames the consignor for this too, and again, tough luck, ignoring his misrepresentation. For the cost of this car, not to mention a valuable trade in, it’s quite unbelievable they would treat a client like this. I’m a collector and would never recommend this dealership.

Garbage dealer. Out of state buyer, trusted their inspection report. A/C said was working, it wasn't. No answers, plus other issues, don't bother if not local to see car in person.
I found the perfect car I was looking for, many states away, at Park Place. Purchase and shipping were fast and seamless. My salesman Andrew Johnson was exactly what I want from my sales guy - quick and straightforward.
Overall a great experience and Park Place will be where I look first when I’m in the market again.
