  Olivia Campbell went above and beyond to make my rental experience smooth and stress-free. She was professional, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. The Bellevue branch is clean, well-organized, and clearly well-managed. Highly recommend this location!

  I had a really good experience with this branch. Employees were super friendly, the car was nice, and they accommodated my extra requests after picking up the car! Would definitely rent from here when in the area again.

  Absolutely not recommended! The waiting time when picking up the car was unusually long because the branch was experiencing problems with their system. As a result, we were never shown the rental agreement and did not sign anything. When booking online, we had selected an additional driver and a fair fuel policy (full-to-full). When the friendly employee handed us the car, she told us that we would not have to refuel it when returning the car as compensation for the long waiting time. We were surprised and pleased by this, especially since we had not complained about the delay at all. However, after returning the car, we were suddenly charged a fuel fee of around $50. The rental agreement (which we had never seen or signed!) listed the fuel charge as an add-on from the very beginning. When we called to clarify the issue, the amount was refunded to us. However, the very next day, the same amount was charged again. Since then, customer service has stopped responding to us through any channel. We feel completely ripped off and deceived. Absolutely not a company we would recommend!

  Rented a car for one day in Bellevue. Because check-in took very long, the friendly agent told us we could return the car empty without paying for fuel as compensation.However, the next day, a fueling fee was charged to my credit card. I called, and they refunded it, but shortly after, they charged me AGAIN. Now, customer support completely ignores my emails.To make it worse, I checked my rental agreement and saw they had already sneaked the fueling fee in as an add-on from the start. I feel completely scammed. Avoid this place!

  We rented a car and had to wait in line for quite a while. Although the wait was long, we did not initially mind. The employee who eventually helped us was very friendly and, as a gesture of goodwill for the long wait, told us that we would not need to refill the tank before returning the car. We had not expected this at all and thought it was an incredibly kind and customer-friendly gesture. However, after returning the car, we were charged $50 for fuel the following day. This was despite being explicitly told that we did not need to refill the tank. We called customer service to complain, and they apologized and refunded the money. We thought the issue had been resolved. But the very next day, the $50 was charged to our account again without any explanation. Since then, customer service has completely stopped responding to our messages. Absolutely unacceptable. What started as a positive customer service experience has turned into an extremely frustrating situation. I would not expect this kind of behavior from a company that values its customers.
