  Awesome experience renting a Jeep Wagoneer. Car was clean and rode well. Alex at this Enterprise location was very helpful. I had to modify my reservation and the extra day ended up being free due to a discount/promo.

  Absolutely excellent experience here. The woman who checked us in was welcome, quick, thorough and professional. I needed to extend the rental car due to family circumstances and the location actually called me on the day of the return to follow up. They were easily able to extend. They were also great at drop off. I wish I would have gotten the woman’s name who helped us. Thank you and we are loyal customers to your location!

  I tried calling to discuss the issue but taking to the manager that was the reason for the 2 stars did not help. Unfortunately I have to edit my review. I always thought it was thier policy to do what was promised and reasonable for the customer but I guess it depends on the manager on duty. I rent from them all the times even if I know I am paying more than other companies, but after today I will stay away for awhile. Sad too because I have two other reservations for later this month and now will cancel and go with someone else. I give two stars to give hope that they make changes to their policy.
