  Alex and Gabe were GREAT! But EVERYONE I interacted with both on the phone and in person were very patient, kind, and understanding in their dealings with me!! I would most definitely recommend Enterprise Car Rental Bellevue to you for your vehicle rental needs!!!

  Had a terrible experience with enterprise Bellevue specifically with employee ALEX they said they didn’t have any cars available and that they checked all locations and I was on a wait list. This was a lie I was able to call enterprise Everett and get a car within 1 hour. I had spoken to representatives 2 times and they confirmed my car would be ready to pick up at 12:30 pm. Morning of they said their previous representatives had made a mistake and there was no cars available and that they had checked all other enterprise locations. This was a lie because I got a car in Everett within the hour. Their representatives gave me false information for 3 days once I reserved my car and then let me down day of. They didn’t help by moving my reservation to a new location and left me hanging. Terrible location.
