  The guy was really helpful and honest at this location. Overall have never had to wait in line at enterprise always good service. I definitely want to continue using enterprise.

  Overall experience with Enterprise staff was amazing. They answered all the questions and helped wherever they can. Car was in good shape, clean, did not face any issues and we 8 sat very very confortably for our long journey. Thank you for the amazing service.

  All right. I booked a car on booking.com. I was supposed to be able to pick it up at 2. I showed up at 2 and the attendant acknowledged that I had booked it but said the 3rd party company made a mistake because there were no cars available. I believe the practice is to allow bookings to happen through the cheaper vendors then deny those who book that way a car in order to ensure their cars are always booked at the highest rate available. She told me she couldn't reach me because the phone number in the system was wrong and there was no email in the booking. Funny, since they emailed me a confirmation that reflected correct and complete information. Had this been my first trip ever, I might have believed this garbage. They never tried to call. She (or someone) changed out the info in my file to cover her butt because they neglected to call and she probably catches a load of hell from would-be customers all the time. The reasons she gave were complete non-sense. "Well, insurance companies book these cars weeks in advance in order to give them to people who get in a car crash." Really? So either car insurance companies insure people knowing (with their crystal balls) when they will crash or they pay a flat rate "in case" fee to book cars in advance. Nope. I think I booked the car then they got someone who would pay more. Furthermore, I believe bad customer service, policies, or systems should not be taken out on the people in the stores! So i was calm (though crying. Its been a bad day with finding out my car needed several thousand dollars in repair.) I did not yell. Because of the lies, the lack of solutions, and the insanely poor business practices, I'll never book with this company again. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
