  The service at this location is top notch! All the staff were accommodating, patient, & kind. The person who helped me (I think her name was Mira or Mara? Started with an M for sure haha) worked quickly, had an eye for detail (spotted minor damage when handing keys off to me that I probably would have missed) , and also helped customers troubleshoot (lost items, delayed trip) with such patience. Same great experience handing off keys: the person who helped me was quick to inspect the car and both people at the counter apologized for the wait even though I wasn’t in line for very long (<5 minutes). There was a bit of a wait to pick up a car in the morning on a weekend but that’s to be expected as they turn over vehicles (waited 20 minutes)

  This branch is fantastic! The staff are all super friendly, helpful and quick. I've rented a dozen times over the past few years and each time I get a nice car for a good price. I use Costco travel to book cheaper rates than direct or through travel aggegators

  I have been renting on enterprise every week in the past year, literally. I always get brand new cars with very good prices. I strongly recommend, I have rented in Hertz and Avis and in my opinion nothing beats enterprise, specially this location. All the professionals are amazing. I was even luck enough to rent a convertible Mustang GT and a Corvette, with very low price, which was one of the greatest drinking experiences I’ve ever had.

  I had an excellent experience renting a Tesla Model Y from this location. The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. What really impressed me was their outstanding customer service. I accidentally locked my key card inside the car, and the staff responded quickly and went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. They were patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. Their kindness and efficiency turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth one. I truly appreciate all of their help and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended!

  I've rented from Enterprise for quite a while, and while I've had some good experiences, my most recent rental was one of the most disappointing. The service at this location has always been hit or miss depending on who is working, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering whether I'll rent here again. I was given a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage, and I'm honestly surprised Enterprise would rent this vehicle in the condition it was in. The exterior appeared to have temporary spare tires on every wheel with plastic wheel covers, and the associate assisting me even joked that if the plastic hubcaps flew off, not to worry about it. That did not inspire confidence before I even left the lot. The interior seemed well worn,old and didn't appear to have been properly detailed. It gave the impression that the vehicle had seen far better days and hadn't been prepared to the standard I've come to expect from a rental company. The driving experience was even more concerning. For full transparency, I rented this car I do not own it. It was one of the most uncomfortable driving experiences I've had. On the highway, the car rarely felt planted or stable. It struggled to reach highway speeds, and I found myself pressing the accelerator to the floor just to get to 70 mph. At higher speeds, the car felt unstable, almost as if it was wandering in the lane, while the engine became extremely loud, sounding like it was working far beyond its limits. The sun visors were ineffective, the seats were stiff and uncomfortable, and the overall ride inspired very little confidence. The only positive I can give the vehicle is that it was fuel efficient. My frustration isn't that Enterprise rents economy cars it's that this particular vehicle didn't feel like something that should have been sent out to a customer. I understand not every rental can be brand new or luxurious, but every vehicle should feel clean, well maintained, and safe to drive. I'm sharing this as constructive feedback because I've had positive rentals with Enterprise before, and I don't want others to assume every vehicle is like this. However, Enterprise should take a closer look at the condition and quality of some of the vehicles in its fleet, as well as provide a more consistent customer experience at this location. I hope this was an isolated experience, but unfortunately it has made me hesitant to rent from this location again.
