I am accustomed to dealing with challenging situations and have always appreciated the general standard Enterprise maintains across its locations. Unfortunately, this particular branch caught me completely by surprise. My interaction with an employee named ""Sam"" demonstrated a lack of basic professionalism. He did not understand how to appropriately treat a customer, let alone a woman, and showed no sense of courtesy, class, or dignity during our interaction. This behavior may be excusable in a high school setting, but it is unacceptable from a trained professional representing a national company. A customer should never feel disrespected or dismissed, regardless of the circumstances. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and look forward to speaking with management directly, as this interaction fell far below the standard I expect from Enterprise.
