  Awesome experience with Bellevue Nissan, particularly with Doug Truong! He was wonderful to work with! Extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Excellent communication throughout the process. Also, Nick in the finance department was awesome to work with. He answered all questions and made the process extremely comfortable.   I can't say enough great things about Douglas at Bellevue Nissan! Sometime last week, I was looking for an affordable and reliable car for my son, who will be heading off to college, and Douglas made the entire experience enjoyable from the very beginning. Even though I haven't purchased a vehicle yet, he treated me like a valued customer every step of the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right vehicle that fit my budget. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who is this honest, professional, and customer-focused. Douglas went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and comfortable throughout the process. Because of the outstanding service he provided, he'll be the first person I contact when I'm ready to make my purchase.   I bought a 2026 Nissan Sentra from Bellevue Nissan, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. A massive thank you to Mikayla, who was absolutely wonderful to work with! From start to finish, she did a great job. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the new Sentra's features, patient with all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. She made what can usually be a stressful process feel smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. The 2026 Sentra itself is fantastic—sleek, packed with great tech, and a total joy to drive. If you’re heading to Bellevue Nissan, definitely ask for Mikayla. She will take amazing care of you! Pros: Friendly staff, zero-pressure environment, excellent vehicle walkthrough.
