- SKSandra KAug 28, 20265.0After less than a 5 minute wait, I was approached by polite and professional staff. Once they scanned my car, I was guided into the garage and my oil change commenced. As a question asker, I am super curious about things and every question was answered and I learned a lot. This service was quick and efficient. My prior patronage was acknowledged by asking if I would like the same oil I previously used. I only have high praise for my team, Jeremy manager, Griffin and Grant in the pit! The team was super efficient and knowledgable and ran like, a well oiled machine!
- KHKay HAug 27, 20262.0This location is usually my go to spot for oil changes and after this last weekend, I am unlikely to come back. I got my oil changed and engine air filter replaced on Sunday. They “added” air to my tires but I was at another shop within an hour and my tires were only at 30. But that’s not it, that’s not a huge deal. I left and within 7 minutes of driving I had a check engine light come on so I stopped by oreilys to run the diagnostic code and it was showing as something with the air box housing. When I got home I popped my hood open and realized they only secured 2/4 screws for my air filter housing, and 1 was completely missing. The mechanics did not bother to replace or secure the box completely at all or have the decency to tell me they lost a bolt. This was extremely frustrating for one because I’ve never had a check engine light on so that was alarming. For 2, it caused stalling in my car that could have easily caused an accident. Do better Valvoline. I will not be back. I can’t trust their mechanics to simply put bolts back in, how can I trust them with anything else on my car?!

- LWLilly WilliamsJul 28, 20263.0I appreciate how nice and personable the attendants are. The problem I have had is that the last few times the workers have made me feel a bit stupid. To my face they’re very upfront and kind, but while they’re not speaking to me they’re laughing to eachother, whispering and mouthing words, laughing at parts of my car. I don’t have the money or the time to do a ton of upkeep and i’d rather have a judgment free service than a fast service. I left today genuinely feeling upset because of how they behaved in reaction to just random parts of my car. and they didn’t share it with me, just to eachother. I appreciate the service, i just don’t think i should have to leave feeling judged and stupid.
