  Went in today (Saturday) for an oil change. It wasn't the type of customer service I was expecting. There were 3 guys working and 4 cars getting serviced. They were working hard. They looked possibly short staffed? And I thought they were moving quickly through the volume of cars they had. But something seemed off. Nobody asked me what kind of oil I wanted in my car. Maybe they were just rushed? The price was fair. I think.. but I plan on shopping around some more before my next oil change.

  I had high hopes for the car wash, and while they did a decent job, I felt like they missed a couple of spots. The service was efficient, but I wish it had a little more attention to detail. Overall, not bad, but I might try somewhere else next time.

  They did not put oil back into my wife’s car. Could have destroyed it had the car not alerted her. Had to have it filled by another place. This location refused to refund the fraudulent service even with receipts and pictures from the other service station.

  I usually do all my own maintenance, but I bought a new car with a perfect Carfax and wanted to keep it that way, so I made the mistake of trusting this place. For a $100 oil change, the level of incompetence is staggering. First off, the "free" car wash left my car covered in soap residue, and then they have the nerve to charge you for vacuums on top of that. The real disaster started on the drive home when I heard a massive scraping sound; they didn’t bother to attach my skid plate back on, so it’s now bent to hell and ruined. I had to spend 15 minutes on the side of the road jimmy-rigging it just to get home. When I popped the hood, I realized they didn't even put the oil cap back on—they just left it sitting in the engine compartment. When I called the manager to tell him how pissed I was, he acted like a total coward about my choice of words and actually told me I should "be a man and do it myself." It’s a basic oil change, bub anyone with half a brain can do it, yet these guys can’t even secure a plate or put a cap back on. They half-ass everything and provide zero quality work. Save your money and your car stay far away from this place. I am truly astonished and now seeing the other reviews from this place in the past month someone needs to be fired it’s like everyone working there is drunk or high.

  They didn’t replace my drain plug gasket, and instead of just re-doing the oil change they did some weird vacuum thing, I demanded they just re did the oil change, and they stripped my oil filter housing. Now I deal with a constant oil leak, and can’t afford to have it fixed.
