Got my alignment done today. Service was exceptional! My phone call was answered in no time. I had to re-schedule my appointment and that was easy. They took my car in minutes after I came to my appointment. I had some additional questions that were answered. I had a lifted vehicle with a lift and that wasn’t a problem. The technician explained everything to me after he was done. I called about 4 other shops before picking this one and Im happy with my choice.

Dick's Point S Tires & Auto essentially matched prices for tires at Costco in Portland and installation, balancing, etc at Les Schwab in Portland, saving me alot of time and inconvenience. The tires in Portland would not have been available for 1-2 weeks. The same tires at Dick's Tire Factory were available in a few days!
In addition, I had the pleasure of working with Camden, Chad, Veau, and Allen, all of whom provided consistent information. I would recommend them without hesitation to family and friends.

The staff of this location are far beyond your average experience in any type of business. They went so far out of their way to help me that I was stunned from start to finish.
My vehicle broke down across the street, and they sent a tech over with me to try and get it started. When that failed, they send a platoon of people over to help me push the vehicle over to their lot for further diagnosis.
When a probable cause was found, they got to work on it right away, and even drove me over to my home so i could drop off the groceries I had in my vehicle so they wouldn’t go bad.
They had the work finished extremely quickly and were exceptionally friendly and professional the whole time. It is wonderful and rare to find a place that truly takes care if their customers like this and they have earned my complete confidence and recommendation.

In a time when everything seemed to be going wrong, this shop truly restored my faith in people—and management needs to know exactly what they have here.
After losing our truck, we were relying on my grandson’s car to get my grandkids to school. Just days after putting my last money into insurance and tags, it broke down—with my two young grandkids and me stuck in the heat across from the DMV.
Camden greeted me with genuine care and urgency—something you rarely see anymore. But what happened next is what sets this place apart from every other shop out there.
DJ didn’t just offer advice—he actually walked with me a block and a half to the DMV, with his tools, to try to diagnose my car on the spot. Think about that—what shop allows a technician to leave, walk off-site, and personally help a stranded customer like that? That level of compassion and dedication is almost unheard of, and it says everything about the culture of this business.
Even though the car couldn’t be started there, that moment alone showed me I was in the right hands.
Once we got it to the shop, the service continued to impress. Alan kept me updated every step of the way with kindness and respect, and DJ and Luke worked tirelessly to figure it out. They gave me options that fit my budget and truly worked with me, not against me.
They could have sent my car elsewhere for a repair costing thousands—but instead, they went above and beyond and got it fixed for under $300.
To whoever is managing this shop: you are doing something right. Your work ethic shows through your team, and you have hired the right people. Camden, DJ, Alan, and Luke represent your business with integrity, compassion, and professionalism—and they absolutely deserve recognition (and raises).

I recently had a battery issue with my truck. I bought a new one from Dick's and installed it. It worked great for a while then it would not start. As if the battery was dead. I took the battery back and they checked it and found it was good. Reinstalled it and nothing. Called and talked the manger Allen ( I believe). and he send out a Technician to help and that did not work. So I had the truck towed to the shop and they discovered a loose battery cable. The level of service and customer care that this store is unmatched anywhere! I am a customer for life. If want outstanding customer service and high quality parts. Always go to Dick's Tire Factory!
