  I have been coming here for many years. They are ALWAYS helpful and professional. They do not try to sell you anything you don't need. And sometimes do not even charge for a loose bracket or tire checks like other places would. They are a tremendous asset to our community.

  I highly recommend Dicks Point S Tires & Auto Service in Battle Ground WA. They completely came to our rescue following transmission problems on the highway that left us stranded in Woodland, WA, on the Friday evening of a holiday weekend. [1] I contacted five qualified service centers within a 30-mile radius. All of them were either already closed or leaving for the long weekend, with the sole exception of Point S. Coordinating between the tow truck, our insurance, and the shop required over a dozen phone calls. Colten at Point S was absolutely exceptional to deal with throughout the entire process. Despite the holiday weekend, they assessed the vehicle the very next day on Saturday and resolved our problem. I couldn’t be more appreciative of their professional, courteous, and timely service.   My baby needed loads of work to get back on the road. This is the first time I felt like I wasn't taken advantage of by a mechanic. They worked with me way better than I could have hoped. I look fwd to future business with them. My dad would approve and that's better than and 5 Starr review! I will take all my vehicles there, I wish they worked in bikes too.

  I HIGHLY recommend DICK'S TIRE FACTORY! I walked out one morning to a flat tire a while back. Called every tire store near me and nobody could help me out. Of course , the last call I made was Dick's Tire Factory. Two very nice young men were there within a 1/2 hour. They jacked up my car, took my tire and were back within an hour and put my repaired tire back on my car. I followed them back to the shop to pay my bill. I ended up having them change my oil , and they noticed that my latch on my hood was broken and they told me that if I went and got the part , they would replace that form free of charge. I came back about 2 months later.With the part , they put that new latch on! They also gave me a coupon for a free car wash! Everyone that I met there was super nice , very genuine and I knew I was in the right hands. I was getting ready to go on a road trip and I had them.Look over my car to make sure that I was safe. They noticed that my two front tires were bald on the inside that I would have never noticed. Not only did they replace those tires for me, they also gave me a small discount, which I truly appreciated!! I thought I would never find another tire store after being ripped off and deceived by the well known Les Schwab more times than I care to remember. But ALAS!! Many Thank You's!! L. G.
