  Really low effort by front desk lacking, serious customer service training. Not sure if they’re new or just young but management really needs to look into proper on boarding. Big O tires will get my business from now on.

They went through the vehicle, explained the recommended maintenance, and gave me a realistic time frame. The service was done professionally, and the pricing felt fair. After the visit, the vehicle felt well taken care of and ready for more miles. Good shop, good people, and a place I would trust for regular maintenance.

  My vehicle was not handling right, and the steering felt loose going over bumps, so I brought it to Tire Nation Point S & Auto Service in Auburn. They inspected the steering and suspension, found what was worn, and explained why the alignment needed to be done after the repair. That made sense to me. After the suspension work and wheel alignment, the car feels tighter, drives straighter, and feels safer on the road. Good Auburn auto repair shop for steering repair, suspension work, and alignment.

I came in needing help with my vehicle, and the staff took the time to explain the work clearly before moving forward.
