  Am giving this dealership a 1star rating because of the floor manager called Scotty. I had the worst experience buying a car from here. My outlander needed brakes so I took it to the service department to get it fixed. I realized it was going to be expensive so I decided to gift myself a car, little did I know it would be the start of my problems. I went to the car lot with a sales person, there was a FORD Explorer 2020 which I liked so I went for it, little did I know the car was only fixed to leave the lot. I spent my entire day at the dealership and around 9pm, the car was cleaned on the outside and given to me. I realized one of the headlights was not working. The sales guy told me to take the car since I didnt have anyone to take me home and that was around 11pm then return it the next day to fix it. I returned the car the next day, it was taken to service department. They kept that car for two good weeks without even giving a loaner car to drive. I was stuck at home, no car to drive yet am a business person. I called the dealership and they told me to pick up the car then return it when the order was in. It was a back order so it was going to take a month to be delivered. I picked up the car because I wouldn't be out of work any further. On driving the car to work, the car started having all kinds of issues. Making weird noises at the stop sign, making weird noises when going 60miles, torn seats, and the worst one was the battery was not charging. I called the sales manager Jordan who asked me to return the car. I returned the car and decided to pick another one. I saw a Sequoia which I fell in love with. The sales guy showed us the car as a 2025 car, me and my husband test drove it and we loved it. On getting inside, they told us it was a 2023. We did not agree with the price so we requested for a decrease which Jordan refused(totally understandable). I couldn't put down that much on a 2023 so I declined the car. Jordan told me I either took a KIA Telluride or take back my 2020 Ford. The KIAs are not bad cars but I dont want them. We spent alot of time going back and forth on this. Forcing me to take a car I didnt like was a NO NO for me. I left the old FORD with them, gave them the keys then left because I could not take a car whose battery was not even charging. On my way home, frustrated, I called the dealership asking for another manager and luckily, that's when I got transferred to Scotty. He was such a helpful manager, he listened to my issue then said he would fix it. He looked through the inventory but could only find me a FORD EXPEDITION. I didn't like that car either so I was given the option to either take the Sequoia or the FORD I was scammed into buying. I couldn't take the Toyota because of the price so at this point I had to ask them to fix the FORD. I cried myself to sleep, I wished I had just fixed the brakes on my Outlander. That very night, I looked at Sunset inventory and realized they had a 2024 FORD but was in Sumner. I drove to the dealership in Auburn the next day and begged Scotty to let me take that one. He explained that it was in Sumner and I could only take it if I put a down payment of $5000 and no less so basically there was no room for negotiation. I was exhausted, tired and was ready to be done with Sunset so I agreed. Scotty went and brought me the car. We test drove it and it was perfect, so I signed paperwork and left. Few weeks later, I was asked to come pick up my license plates which I did. At first the sales guy could not find them then I spent 30 minutes at the dealership, looking like an idiot without help till I approached someone else who found them. On giving me the registration paper, I realized the car was registered under my name and another person's name. I did not know this person neither did I have a co-signer. I complained and the financial guy could not even figure out how the second person got on there. On calling the bank, they also realized the Title had a second name on it besides mine. I cant seem to catch a break with this dealership

  Called parts department 6-24 around 1pm and grumpy sounding guy answered i asked for a estimated price on a key he said he needed vin called for someone else so I didn't have it and he was well i need that to know what key well I knew which key and he said well I need the vin then hung up on me so I called the further mitsubishi dealer in renton and that guy said well if its this key its about $750 and this key is a little over $500 so now I will drive right by this dealership going to younker Nissan in renton great customer service gets my $750 sorry for your grumpy parts guy

  Damon really went the extra mile, and even helped me by driving the car to my home as I had driven myself and wasn’t initially planning to purchase same day. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!
