  When I got a double rock chip on the freeway, that was bad. When I got in the car the next day it turned into a two foot long crack! Allstate and Safelite made the whole process super easy. The even finished the job earlier than estimated. Thank you Safelite!

  The staff were very friendly, the waiting area was spacious and comfortable, and the work was done much faster than I had expected. I was pleasantly surprised to see my Toyota maintenance reminder sticker had been moved to my new windshield too! 😁 What really put this service over the top, though, was the fact that the gentleman replaced my windshield wipers with the new ones I had purchased on Amazon. They were sitting on my passenger seat so I wouldn't forget to replace them after my appointment, but he went ahead and did this for me without being asked. This is chivalry at its finest, and I am very appreciative of the excellent service I received! ✨ The new windshield is beautiful, and I definitely recommend Safelite (especially this location) to anyone who needs a windshield repair or replacement. 👍

  While the store manager at this location is incredibly helpful, the technical staff sorely lacks competence. My first visit involved a chip repair that cracked the very next day...frustrating, but understandably a risk with glass repair. However, my next two visits were entirely derailed by technician errors. On my second visit, I scheduled a windshield replacement. After waiting three hours, I was told they couldn't proceed because of an existing ADAS error code. When I asked if they could just replace the glass and skip the calibration, the technician flatly claimed it violated company policy. The store manager later corrected this, explaining I could have simply signed a waiver, information the tech should have known. On my third visit, after installing a new camera sensor, the "master technician" refused to run a basic diagnostic. Instead, he told the manager I needed to go to the dealership to have the sensor "paired." When I went to the dealership, they informed me that there is no such thing as "pairing" for this part and only calibration. They even suggested I find a more competent glass shop. Taking that advice, I went to one of their competitors. They replaced my windshield and successfully completed the ADAS calibration on the first try, providing a full diagnostic report. This location either has a major technician competency issue or a severe lack of effort. The manager is great, but he desperately needs a team he can actually rely on.
