  I've never had a bad technician. Always super chill and very helpful. Safelite believes their website and automated phone system is great, it has cost them money from me every time.

  Never again will I ever go to a satellite They never answer the phone and if you try to call the one 800 number and set up an appointment, it won’t get actually put into the store so when you show up your appointment won’t be there which means your class won’t be there which means the emergency that you have is no longer taken care of you took your day off of work. Guess what doesn’t matter because they don’t have your appointment. I chose to go to another glass place and I’m very thankful I did

  Great fast, efficient, and effective service. I had a large rock chip that I was told by two other places that it was impossible to fix. I was referred to Safelite. Got in fast, they looked at it, and stated they could fix it…and they did!!! Beyond exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you Safelite, customer for life!!!

  Safelite came to my home to replace my windshield. My Toyota has all those safety features that need to be recalibrated when the windshield is replaced, and Christopher, the tech, did that too. Clearly they know what they are doing, and the removal of the old windshield and the replacement went smoothly, with no fit and start halts because something was missed, and no scrambling to catch errors- because there were no errors- just a perfect job. The final step, cleaning the windshield was done about 1 1/2 hours after he arrived. I’ve had many windshields replaced or patched by Safelite, and they are competent, well organized, have amazing customer service, and do a superb job. I highly recommend them.

  They no call no show my appointment on Tuesday. I waited from 12-5pm for them to show up and tried to call at 3 because i needed to leave my house and was looking for a status on arrival. Their automated phone service would not let me speak to a person, only telling me my appointment was from 12-5 then hangin up. At 5 when no one arrived the office was closed and i was not able to get in contact with a person until the next day. The manager apologized and said someone should have called me but he couldn’t help me until 4 that day because he had sent all his techs out to other jobs and had no intention of adding me to the schedule that day. I told him I had plans to leave town for work early that day and 4 pm was not going to work it needed to be in the morning. He told me he would call back but waited until almost noon before he called to tell me he could get someone there at 1. The car wasn’t finished and ready to drive until 3. So i wasted another entire day and put off work for two days waiting on safelite. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend, and they only reason I used them was because of my insurance company.
