- DED. EdwardJun 14, 20265.0To be completed upon return. So did return the rental, hassle free. Despite a glitch in the fuel display on the dashboard readout. After putting in 10.205+ gals. And driving a total of 313 miles with an a readout of 36.6 mpg ended up 30.67 mpg. Tank wouldn't hold anymore but the gage was still missing 2 markers to indicate full. Glad they wavered that and ended up with a happy client. Thanks Enterprise

My quote upon renting the car was $127.00. My bill when I dropped the car off was more than double what I was quoted. Not only was I charged the additional driver fee, there were other charges they never disclosed upon renting the car. I won't use them again.

Enterprise didn’t have the car ready so they took my husband to the lot, had him wait for 40 minutes only to have their so called new manager Alexis charge my husband for the rental car deposit then was told only after charging the card that he can’t use the card with my name on it even though all the paperwork is in my name. Didn’t get refunded. Then besides my husband having to take off time to get the rental car, I had to then take off work as well to go back in and be charged again with the same card for the rental car. Do not rent from here! Their manager is incompetent!
