  This shop got a used vehicle in for a pre purchase inspection same day and saved me from buying a vehicle that appeared to be in great condition but had serious mechanical issues. Sent me an entire report with pictures and quotes within minutes after the inspection. 10/10 for service, speed, and customer service. Thanks Blaze!

  My 2006 Honda Accord has always been very well taken care of, so when my A/C compressor suddenly started smoking last Thursday, I called Dave's right away. They told me to bring it in the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Saul, who was very kind and welcoming. After I dropped my car off, a mechanic named Mayo (I believe that was his name) was nice enough to drive me home, which I really appreciated. The inspection was very thorough, and I especially liked that the technicians included photos with their findings. It made it much easier to understand exactly what was going on with my car and why the repairs were needed. After replacing the A/C compressor, the technicians discovered another issue with the A/C system that wasn't apparent until the new compressor was installed. Saul called me right away to explain what they found, walked me through the test results, and let me know what needed to be done next before moving forward. I really appreciated how transparent they were and that they kept me informed throughout the repair process. One thing to note is that they are closed on weekends, which wasn't an issue for me but is good to know. Also, there is a small fee if you pay with a credit card. I was able to pick my car up the following Monday, and Saul even picked me up, which was another thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, the communication was excellent, and I felt like they genuinely cared about taking care of both me and my car. I would definitely recommend Dave's to anyone in Auburn or the surrounding areas!
