For those of us on the road a lot....this place is a great place for creature comforts....arbys and the cinnabon...a huge coffee area....but what wins for me are the convenient showers. With plenty of time to shave. One visit here is a cost effective way to keep it clean on the road!

Absolutely love this gas station. Clean restrooms, large variety , hot food , Cinnabon, and an Arby's are inside. Great price on gas. Get a rewards card and get an extra .5 cents off your gas. Friendly staff. I drive 30 into get gas here rather than my local gas stations.

I am a professional truck driver and recently parked at this Pilot location during the daytime to get a few hours of sleep after completing an app night delivery from Spokane, WA to Langley, B.C. I was not staying overnight, and I planned to leave long before parking became scarce for other drivers later that afternoon. My issue is not that Pilot charges for parking. My issue is how this particular parking area is communicated to drivers. The only marking on the space was "Prime Parking" painted on the ground. There were no signs at eye level indicating that the space required payment, no posted price, no notice that parking would cost $22, and no indication that a membership account or club card would be required. Nothing at the space itself communicated that parking there would result in a charge. After I had already parked, switched to sleeper berth, and settled in, an employee came pounding on my door to collect payment. At that point, I was effectively being told that I owed $22 for a parking space that had never been clearly identified as paid parking in the first place. There's another section that is referred to as "Reserved Parking," so I was not aware there would be two separate locations requiring payment to park. "Prime Parking" is a subjective term. It may indicate a preferred location, but it does not clearly communicate that the space is a paid parking space. If Pilot intends to charge drivers the outrageous price of $22 for these spots, the spaces should be clearly marked with signage stating "Paid Parking," the price, and any membership requirements before a driver parks. Had the parking space clearly stated that it was paid parking and listed the cost, I could have made an informed decision before shutting down. Instead, the charge was only disclosed after the fact. Truck drivers already deal with limited parking, HOS regulations, and fatigue. The last thing a driver needs is to be awakened and informed of a fee that was never clearly disclosed at the parking space itself. Pilot has every right to charge for parking. My complaint is that the parking charge and requirements were not communicated clearly enough before I parked.

Fast way to fill up without having to wait in lines like some other stations in the area. Lots of good food, lots of things for your car that may be needed on the road and a laundry thats 24 hours.

The most rudest experience I have ever had in my life, me and my boyfriend pulled up to pump it was 7 am and we’re there for not even 5 min while I got my coat and shoes on, we were literally just hugging each other like normal couples do and this bald white man came out of nowhere as we were getting out to go get some food and gas and said you need to leave you guys were sleeping in your car !!!! And we explained to him we just pulled up not even 5 min ago we were sitting here hugging each other and he said he’s looking back at the cameras and we need to leave or the cops are coming. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. This was absolutely not okay. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We have went to this rest stop and spend a lot of money we go there multiple times a week it’s our halfway point on a 3 hour commute. and this is how they treat there loyal customers. Watch out everyone if you want to hug your boyfriend for 3 min at 7 am you might get yelled at by an angry bald man. And I called and asked for the manager and explained the situation and we got no sorry, no apology other than I’ll talk to him. I have never felt more disrespected by anyone in my life.
