  Came in to get a whole Chicken bacon ranch pizza. The cook (Ruby) said that they didn’t make any earlier when asked if she could make one. She then switched her excuse to that they don’t have dough. Then when the cashier asked her what do you mean we don’t have dough she then replied well I don’t know how to make that. So needless to say I wasn’t able to get a Limited Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and was offered cheese or pepperoni pizza because they are premade here so someone that is incompetent can just put it in the over. I got the pepperoni and the dough isn’t even done so it was a huge waste of money.

  Terrible experience at the Arlington store #1103. I have been a costumer of this store for 9 years and sitting in the parking lot using the internet after making my purchases and the cashier standing at the front door smoking decided to get security to tell me I had to leave because I was parked next to her car. This is just to be nasty to long time customers minding their business. Now just to make sure that I understand what pilot/flying j travel centers policy really is that you can purchase premium internet access for 4 hours but you have to use them somewhere else off the property can someone please help me to understand how that works when the wifi doesn't even cover the distance to the pumps that is approximately half way across the parking lot I'm pretty sure selling a service that you are not willing to provide is illegal and if it is not illegal it should be. It is like going into the store and purchasing gasoline and being told that you have to go somewhere else to pump it this just seems like a poor business model and as for me I am no longer interested in being a customer of this store as for the last 9 years I have had a great experience and have been a loyal customer but this reward for my patronage is by far the absolute worst of all the crappie rewards this store wins first place for worst in hospitality, worst in costumer service, and absolute worst in product liability (selling services not rendered) I would mention the price of goods here but they have always been very high, just do better

  This Pilot has been a good experience for me. Ive been here for almost 3 days waiting for the start of my tour and it has been nothing short of wonderful. Everything I have used from the showers to the laundry facilities have been great. All the employees and patrons have been nice and polite. Thank you for a nice 3 day break before work starts. There is Arby's on-site and a Dennys within walking distance.

  I love this place for multiple reasons. One it may not be the cheapest in the area but the conveniences they offer outweigh that extra $0.08 you would save driving a block away to the reservation. This is the only Cinnabun I know of and anytime I head over to my parents I stop & grab a pack to take back home. If you are a veteran or active duty you get $0.10 off per gallon, can't complain about that nowadays. Also if you download the app and you log in with your military stuff you get crazy deals and a lot of times you get free things. Like I got a free cinema next week, or you get a free monster or sandwich of sorts. They have showers here because it is a truck stop don't know how much they cost though. They have an Arby's, they've got pizza and everything else inside. And they've got some like 30 regular pumps up front, No idea how many are in the back for the rigs. But the parking lot they have set up for overnight rigs is huge. It is convenient location and I have not found a single thing to complain about it. Don't you ever get rid of the Cinnabun!!
