    Jason went above and beyond at autozone, he was genuine, took extra time to try and figure out what was wrong with my Honda, and he wasn’t just trying to get me to pay more money for things I didn’t need. I recommend anyone go here.

    Depending who is working they dont look up what you are asking for ,so to get internet service you to go out to connect look up as you did at home to know it is there ,then show them what it is, so they can say oh yes we have it, im not on payroll ,they have the computer do your customer service people ...staff not always friendly

    I called this AutoZone ahead of time to check pricing on a battery for my vehicle. I spoke with the store manager, Sean, who told me the cheapest option was $99. I also mentioned I had three old batteries to bring in for core credit, and he confirmed I would get $10 off for each one. Sounded like a great deal, so I made the trip in. When I got to the store, the experience changed quite a bit. Sean was short, not very personable, and honestly came off like he didn’t want to be there or help. Another employee there was very friendly, so I do appreciate that—but overall it was frustrating. At checkout, the price came out to nearly $130, which didn’t make sense. After looking at the receipt, I realized they charged $120 for the battery and only applied ONE $10 core credit instead of three. That’s not what was explained to me on the phone. I’m not someone who likes to complain, but this felt like misleading information just to get me in the door, followed by incorrect pricing at checkout. That’s not good business practice. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location.

    My car broke down just outside of their parking lot. Jonathan and Sean were immediately helpful in testing the battery and helping troubleshoot (culprit was the alternator). Really appreciated that they took such great care of someone stranded and in need of help. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you to the folks at AutoZone Arlington!
