  Michael Holliman (Cougar) should be demoted until he receives additional management coaching. I anticipated the complexity of my request and called ahead specifically to speak with a manager before making a reservation. Cougar assured me he could provide a luxury‑class vehicle (Audi, BMW, Genesis) for a once‑in‑a‑lifetime special occasion. However, on the day of the rental, we were offered a Sonata — not even close. If the request could not be met, that should have been communicated upfront or with enough notice for us to make alternate arrangements. Cougar’s lack of communication and follow‑through was unprofessional, and his failure to recognize the significance of this reservation shows a concerning lack of care for customers. Enterprise can and should do better.

  Renters Beware: Strongly advise against renting or returning rentals to this location. I've been a long time customer & Executive member of Enterprise/National and will never rent again from these companies as a result of my turn in experience with Nick Medearis at the Anacortes, WA location. After my wife and I completed a one-way rental from SeaTac to Anacortes to attend a wedding, Nick accused us of bringing back a damaged vehicle (see photos below). While my wife took a thorough video before departing SeaTac, we had no idea we would need to also take a detailed view of the top of the SUV to prove the small dent was there prior to our rental. It's not even possible to see the dent while standing on your tip toes at the back of the car as you literally have to hold your phone up well over your head to see the vehicle from that angle. It appears the issues we encountered may be part of a recurring practice at this specific branch sadly attempting to take full advantage of loyal customers. Enterprise/National - you can thank this location and specifically your employee (Nick Medearis) for losing one of your regular clients. I truly hope many others see this warning and make the wise choice to take their business elsewhere.

  The staff working here, specifically Nick Medearis and Yeung Yip, are incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to return a lost item promptly and safely when I provided them with packaging. Thank you so much to both of you, you were very understanding and made a stressful situation smooth.

  The worst experience at an Enterprise. I filed a complaint with corporate. Nick at the Anacortes branch is the absolute worst. His attitude was awful. I had a reservation. Confirmed the reservation the morning of. Then he gave away my vehicle. Said he called and left a message so he did his due diligence. What a joke! Thankfully the Mount Vernon branch was extremely helpful along with corporate. They got me the car I needed. Nick couldn’t be bothered to help. Didn’t offer to look somewhere else. I have rented cars from Enterprise for years. Never had an issue until today. This was the first time I had ever used the Anacortes branch. NEVER AGAIN.
