  Both Casey and Spencer are outstanding representatives of their company they work for. I had a problem with my truck's underbody splash shield hanging down on one side almost dragging on ground. I asked Casey and Spencer if they could strap it up with a strong zip tie. Not only did they do that for me, they also topped off my wiper fluid. They saved me from driving my truck up on a curb to get under there to do it myself. That was my option because I was 3,500 miles from home hauling a camper across America. Thanks again.....

  I need to share what happened to a close friend of mine at this shop because it was honestly ridiculous. He only went in for a quick muffler tip installation something that should’ve taken 5 to 10 minutes with just four screws. Instead, they kept him waiting for nearly an hour and a half. He ended up late for work because of it. If he had lost his job over their terrible time management, I wonder who would’ve taken responsibility definitely not them. When he questioned the $100 charge, the only response he got was “It’s store policy.” No real explanation, no discount, no sorry. To make things worse, the actual work looks terrible. The exhaust tip is installed so poorly and crooked that he’s embarrassed to even drive the car now. This is not how you treat customers. Wasting people’s time, overcharging for a simple job, and delivering sloppy work is just bad business. After hearing everything my friend went through, I would never go to this shop and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

  Super great guys, I love that an oil change comes with a 16 point inspection and they are honest with me about what services I do and do not need.

  I’ve been here about 5-6 times to get my oil changed among other services, and every experience has gone well. Any questions I’ve ever had were answered with depth and I’ve never felt that I was recommended unnecessary services.

  They were extremely friendly and inviting, I called ahead and arrived after about 30 minutes and they remembered what I had called about and took care of it not only quickly but for considerably less than any other place I got a quote at! While I was there they let me know about another issue and offered to find a good fix for free or super cheap and let me know about different services and ways to save with them in the future!! I highly doubt I’ll be doing business elsewhere as long as it’s a service they offer I’ll be back for sure!!! I’d like to note that I am very visibly part of the LGBT community and I didn’t feel uncomfortable or like I wasn’t wanted there for a single second!! Great people and great services!
