  The staff and atmosphere are welcoming. From beginning to end, my experience here today was great. The front employee was friendly, my windshield was fixed within an hour, with calibration. Kyle did an amazing job and went above and beyond by putting my inspection sticker, dash cam, Fast Pass and other things back on the windshield after the repair was completed. It's hard to find great customer service, with efficient work nowadays. Thanks for making my experience here today, TOP NOTCH!

  Experience was good - my only issue was the technician didn't replace the sensor shield (he warned me in advance) but when I left I had another chore to figure out. Figure out part number, shop online - wait for delivery - hope it fits - hope I can put it on etc.). I would have preferred something like "we don't have the cover but we can order it for you and you can come back for installation or even - here is the part number and 3 websites where you can get it - it just snaps on). I'm not a car person so this may not have bothered someone who's handy. Otherwise the experience was great - just a bit of feedback so you can improve. Give the client options to make their window the same as or better than before - options with as little hassle involved as possible. "You can get the part for $15 on ebay" sounded nice at the time .. then I got home and had to do all the research, ordering etc. Still not fixed - waiting for the part.

  The people who work here are truly so amazing and so kind. Not only did they keep in contact with me when my repair turned into a full on replacement. But they truly made such a hard week, amazing. They did fantastic work and they were honestly just the best. You really can't find a better place than here.

  I had my windshield replaced on July 21st 2026 which that part I'm happy with however.... I was not informed when the repair was done, my keys were left in my unattended truck and my tow mirrors I had put on about 2 months ago were broken. I called got an appointment for Saturday July 25th for someone to come look at the damage however after waiting at home all day nobody called or showed up. Called again got another appointment scheduled for July 30 and yet again no call no show on that appointment. Customer service and communication is flat out horrible so I requested a different tech entirely and am hopeful the Rutland Safelite will pull through and finally get this resolved. I do not recommend the Williston location and I personally will never do business with them again.
